I am rejecting this response because:
I hired Convenant Construction to replace the old cast iron vent tree stack in my basement and have them install new with PVC in its place The new PVC was not matched and or installed to the existing stack. I was at my house when the work took place, I thought they did a great job, since I have no knowledge of plumbing construction. The purpose of the Revdex.com complaint, is that after Convenant Construction finished the job, it was brought to my attention that the vent tree stack was assembled and installed incorrectly. I immediately called *** from Convenant Construction to let him know what I had learned, that his plumber installed the vent tree stack incorrectly. *** stated this was the first ***e using his plumber who perform the work on my house. *** thanked me for this information. *** called me the next day or so and stated he would have another plumber come to my house and correct the problem. But that never happened. I have given Convenant Construction every opportunity to correct the issue. I am not asking them to do additional work for free. I asked them to correct the problem that their plumber left out On a further note, I had two independent plumbing companies come to my house to look at the work. After their assessment of the plumbing work that was performed, they stated that the vent tree stack was assembled and installed incorrectly without proper ventilation. They stated ventilation of plumbing is not a choice but required so that water can drain and sewer gas to escape safely. After provide *** with this information, he has yet contacted me. The issue at hand is that Convenant Construction assembled and installed the new PVC vent tree stack incorrectly and they don't want to correct this issue and stand behind their work

I am rejecting this response because:
