Have yet to replace holly bushes they told us were under warranty. Unresponsive despite weeks of pleas.For several months we have been trying to work with Covenant to replace several holly bushes they had planted that have died. We were given a verbal guarantee with witnesses that the bushes would be replaced. We have trying to get the work done since November, but have had no progress despite countless attempts to get a firm date of delivery.My wife made the latest plea starting April 29. Since that time, we have recieved no firm date or any idea when our situation will be resolved, despite a large amount of patience and forbearance on our part.I can understand that businesses experience delays, miscommunications, and oversights. But I cannot understand a consistent denial of timely communication, and we simply cannot continue to work with a nonresponsive business, or one that will not at least give us firm dates in order to hold them accountable. We must now insist on "fish or cut bait" and set the deadlines ourselves.I am cc'ing Covenant on this email.
