9/7/2017.2. [redacted] was transported to the hospital in Rifle.3. Because [redacted] was not on scene, and not able to call a tow company, the Colorado State Patrol called us to clear the accident.4. The copy of the bill, with writing on it, shows what could have been charged additionally. I am not sure that [redacted]'s quote from other tow companies includes the recovery, winching, and labor involved with the actual incident as shown in attached pictures.5. [redacted]'s credit card was supplied by [redacted]'s Mother who signed and paid the bill.6. [redacted]'s Mother, [redacted], gave us the title to [redacted]' car to finalize the bill.7. The attached pictures are of the recovery scene.
