Lincoln Green now call Ashford Northwest Homes has contacted me they are letting me break my lease with no penalty I have to be move out but the June 21,

Re: Response to Complaint filed by *** *** Dear MsMorales, This letter is in response to the notice of complaint ("Complaint") filed by *** *** against Coventry Cove Apartments ("Covent!), Cove")As Ms*** states in her Complaint, she and her roommate, *** ***
entered into a lease agreement ("Lease Agreement") for the rental of Unit *** at *** *** *** *** *** ** ***The Lease Agreement was in effect from September through November and the monthly rent was $1,Please refer to attached Exhibit A for a copy of the Lease AgreementMs***r states in her Complaint that the Lease Agreement expired at the end of November,:at which point she turned in her keysIn accordance with Paragraph of the Lease Agreement, the "1eae contract will automatically renew month-to-month unless either party gives at least days written notice of termination or intent to move-out as required by Paragraph 36." The requirement to provide notice:to terminate is clearly stated and, in fact, this language is in all capital lettersNeither Ms***r nor Ms*** provided such notice to Coventry Cove of their intent to vacate the apartment and terminate the Lease AgreementFurther, as she states in her Complaint, she believed the Lease Agreement automatically terminated at the end of NovemberMs***r failed to comply with the terms of the Lease Agreement. After several attempts to contact Ms***r and her roommate about the outstanding balance, Coventry Cove submitted the claim to SureDeposit for collectionsThe outstanding balance of $1,includes $in unpaid rent (partial rent charge Coventry Cove re-rented the apartment) and $in damagesThe damages include costs for carpet cleaning ($115.00), cleaning the unit $185.00) and $for toupaintRefer to Exhibit B for applicable invoices. I am rejecting this response because:
At the end of our first lease, my roommate, Ms. [redacted] and I informed [redacted], the leasing consultant Coventry Cove Apartments) of our intentions to renew for 3 more months. At that time Ms. [redacted] made it perfectly clear that we will be moving out the end of November, 2016. We told them we are travel nurses and our contract ends end of November, 2016, that time we will be moving out. As far as cleaning cost is concerned, I have asked the rental office to provide proof that they spent $320.00 in cleaning cost because when we moved out, the apartment was clean and in excellent condition. The office had agreed to mail a copy to either Ms. [redacted] or myself, we are still waiting.I also spoke with Ms. [redacted], who told me that she's been to the rental office  last month to request a copy of the second lease we signed since we never received one. She stated that the rental office (Coventry Cove), was unable to locate the lease.
