Review: I had issues with this doctor's office and their schedulers so I contacted [redacted], the office manager and told her I wanted my medical records and my husbands medical records as we were leaving the practice. She emailed me forms to complete and told me it was $25.00 per record BUT there was a 30% discount for 2 or more records. I picked the records up on April 5, 2014 and there was a paper attached to our records stating "patient owes $35.00". I wrote a check and gave it to them that day. We went onto our "Patient Portal" to make sure everything was completed. First it showed 2 bills of $25.00 each for our medical records but my account had a $35.00 credit. Now it shows that my account is at zero with a $10 credit and my husbands account has a $25.00 bill due. AND I have received a phone call from a number in Tennessee saying I have an outstanding bill. I have emailed them and my husband has emailed them; there is no response.Desired Settlement: I want both my account and my husbands ([redacted]) accounts to reflect a zero balance AND I want a copy of my receipt that I was promised.
