Review: I spoke with a supervisory, [redacted], at Coventry 4 months ago who promised to resolve my issue. My issue has not been resolved, and I call once a week asking to speak with [redacted], always being told she is in a meeting and someone will call me back, and have never received a call back. This woman should not have a job, especially one that concerns others health and wellbeing.Desired Settlement: I am being wrongfully billed for a service that the company told me was an in-network claim. I am facing charges upwards of $600 because of their negligence to update their system. I have repeatedly been told the matter would be resolved, and after 5 months am still receiving bills.
