Review: I had given an $1,800 deposit to move in on top of the first months rent and was told that as long as I had given 30 days to move out I was going to get a refund for such. AT this point I am sick and tired of going back and forth with [redacted] about this scenario to the point where, when I asked for a copy of the lease to take to a lawyer, she told me that I need to sign a new one because the old one was misplaced and she couldn't get a hold of it. I complained about this scenario several times, not to mention all the bad experiences I went through in the apartment complex due to the lack of maintenance. I left the apartment immaculate before I left and therefore I would like to get my refund of $1,800 that my wife at the moment had given me to move in!Desired Settlement: My refund mailed back to me of $1,800.00.!!!!!!!!!
