You as the property owner accept that responsibility."8) Our Engineering Policy states: Cover-All can order engineering plans and drawings on behalf of customers, per separate order, for a fee. Customer understands that Cover-All is not an engineer and is not responsible for the cost, production time of plans, nor the customer specific information given to the engineer (county, location, details, special needs relating to foundations, etc.). It is the customer's responsibility to review the order and details given and ensure its accuracy as it pertains to their materials being ordered and their building area. 9) In regards to the permit denial, there was an email (see attached, #4) where Cover-All requested any supporting documentation from the County Planning Department with correctable items, and that if the items were directly related to the Engineering services we contracted for that we would have the engineer review and revise. There was never a response from the [redacted]'s. Eventually a copy (see attached, #3) would be dropped off to our office (without the original engineering calculations). After reviewing the document, it is noted that there were 6 correctable items listed, whereas only one pertained to our contracted scope of work. County Planning comment stated, "Amend plans as needed to demonstrate how water intrusion will be mitigated at the connection of the 3x2 tubing fastened directly above roofing. It appears this will not allow proper run-off." Cover-All has stated that we would be happy to correct  this line item. The other items listed all pertained to the Plot Plan, which does not fall under Cover-All's scope of work. It is unfortunate that communication was an issue between this customer and Cover-All. If payment was made and services or goods were not provided, I would be obligated to refund their money, unfortunately this is not the case. The services that Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] paid for were delivered as promised. Cover-All all again, would be happy to address and correct the item on the list as it falls under our scope of work. Please fell free to contact us with any additional questions or converns at [redacted]5.
