I am rejecting this response because:The nature of how things had to aspire to get things resolved I hired *** movers which they said they were fully insured to move my furniture They damaged a table during the move They called me a liar
and denied any wrong doing When I talked to the insurance group they treated me like a criminal They hung up the phone on me several times (*** front receptionist and one of the owners) They would put me on hold and never pick it up They acted very unprofessional and unethical I had to make 30-calls to finally get there attention They had there investigator drop the case mid stream (*** request) It was not until I provided video from the security camera showing how *** damaged the table Then the insurance and *** wanted to settle I still did not get the full estimate which was $ I ended up taking $then taking the time to take them to court My main complaint is how they treated someone that was making a legitiment claim I don't know what else to do here outside complaining about this group but to write this down and hopefully no one else has to go through what me and my family went through If there is any disciplinary procedures you can do please do ***
