I CALLED AND PLACED MY ORDER BACK ON DEC. 2 AND WAS TOLD MY WINDOW WELL WOULD BE INSTALLED WITHIN THE NEXT 2 WEEKS. KEEP IN MIND MY MAIL FLIER SAID IT WOULD BE INSTALLED ON DEC. 14TH. I CALLED AGAIN ON DEC 14 AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE ANOTHER 2 WEEKS BEFORE INSTALLED. I TOLD THE LADY THATS WHAT SHE SAID NEARLY 2 WEEKS PRIOR. SHE THEN SAID THE INSTALLERS WOULD BE IN MY AREA THE WEEK OF DEC 19 AND IT WOULD BE INSTALLED SOMETIME THAT WEEK. IT IS CURRENTLY DEC. 27 AND IT STILL HASNT BEEN INSTALLED. MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED $244 ON DEC. 22. I'VE CALLED AND LEFT NUMEROUS VOICEMAILS AND NO ONE IS CALLING ME BACK!
I did speak with [redacted] on January 3rd. I explained why we were not able to completed all orders as scheduled, and why the credit card was charged. I refunded $296.00 to her credit card after we spoke and confirmed that her installation will be completed next week, as we are back on...

Revdex.com: The response was not accurate however the company did finally perform the service to my satisafaction. This company has never sent me an email nor have they ever called to reschedule after one of their many missed scheduled appointments.

Our company is based in IL and we do schedule specific neighborhood installation dates for other states where we provide our service. Do to weather conditions during that time, we have to reschedue all installation in ND and we notified all customer. We do not travel to ND during...
winter season, so all installations were put on spring schedule. Once that area was set for May installations, we notified our customers we are going to be installing during the week of May 3rd, however shipment of our material was late (which can happen often in any industry), we rescheduled for the following week. Please check your email on May 2nd with update on your installation, which was completed that following week.
