Review: In April 2013 our janitorial account was sold within Coverall North America to Veni, Inc. The janitor showed up one time in April 2013, he was late the 2nd week to where we had to turn him away as we were closing. The final 2 weeks of April NO ONE showed up. We have attempted to contact Coverall several times to obtain a refund but no one is responding.Desired Settlement: We have requested a refund of $80, which is the equivalent of 2 weeks of janitorial service.
