The owner does not acknowledge what she does not cover in her services and did not deliver. She charges a certain amount and did not deliver programs The owner did not deliver programs that I had paid for during my wedding. She was late and left early. She was short staffed. When asking for a partial refund she did not honor it and filed for bankruptcy. She has scammed several people. Desired SettlementMoney back for services not delivered. Business Response I am responding to a case [redacted] Wedding that was held in year of 2009.The Couple original plans were to have Ceremony and Reception at The Historic Lambuth College located within the city limits in Jackson, TN. The Ceremony were to take place in The Historic Chapel and The Reception were to take place in the Elegant Historic Ball Room. Within 3-4 weeks before The Wedding date, The Lambuth College Campus closed completely with all activities and appointments of Buildings cancelled and later became University of Memphis (Lambuth College Campus) as it is established now in 2015.The Wedding went as scheduled and was held on the same date but Venue location changed. The Ceremony and Reception was held at their Family Church Sanctury and Reception in the Gymnasium.The Contract was still honored as it was originally contracted. The 2nd venue location was not enchanting as the first venue location. With great understanding The Church Chapel and Gymnasium is located more than 30 miles South of Madison County. Her intended guest list was not in great participation due to great distance than originally to take place.Ms. [redacted] was not charged anymore than what was originally contracted. Prices are only increased if additional services are added. In which CNB had rights because of additional changes that were made. Changing to second Venue clearly added more charges but we never added any extra charges for mileage, added décor, different size tables to fit our table cloths that a church uses versus a round table, a rubber gym floor versus a historic 1" wood floor, basket ball goals and gym equipment was still visible. The [redacted]'s Wedding was not enchanting because the Venue location was changes and Covered n' Blessings had no control of that issue. No refund is due because The Contract was honored as written.Covered n' Blessings has never filed bankruptcy.It is so disappointing when clients complaint with false information and the company get bad rating because they intend to make our business bad and viewed to the public. The wedding planner did not do what she said she would do in the contract. She was also short workers and she did not complete the task at hand. We did not have programs nor did we have decorations we were promised. Being able to see the basketball and the court floor is neither here nor there. When we were going to take her to court that is when we were I formed she had filed bankruptcy and that we would not get a refund. Her service was bad and I would not recommend her to anyone not even a dog.

We would like a refund!I have been stressing over the last two weeks on if we were going to have a caterer or not for our wedding,we have tried to reach out to you via text, email and phone calls, you have not responded...I even called you from a different number and you hung up on me! I have never recieved any letter stating that my contract was canceled.The letter that she sent to you all is my first time seeing the letter. I have not receive any thing from [redacted] since Nov XX XXXX and I text on Dec 4 a text stating that she would call me when she returned to her office and I never recieved a call.I have phone records also2. I have never told her that my venue was change to a venue in Nashville,and if I have change the venue to Nashville I would have chosen a caterer in Nashville why would I ask someone to drive 2hrs to caterer an event.3. She stated that I missed and appointment if you read the text she has cancel several times. and its not listed in the contract that you can not cancel appts.I have tried to reach out to Ms.[redacted] on several occasions to go over my wedding she have ingnored calls and text. Covered in Blessing ruined my daughter wedding plans she has $1600.00 of my daughter's money and won't return any of it. She added $670.00 bogus charges to my daughter's bill and when my daughter ask about it she got rude and my daughter didn't want to deal with her anymore which voided the contract and she knew it. Seems like her game is to add frivolous charges to your bill to upset you then when you wanna cancel you can't and she keeps your money. Run run run from this woman her name should be Covered n Sins.
