I purchased Barret Jackson car cover from pep boys on DEC that came with one year manufactured warranty, after about months the cover started to seam ripped in three places, so I went to pep boys to get a copy of my recipts since I lost my original one and they told me that they could not go back that far to print the receipts but they gave me a transaction number and they told me if they have a problem with it than they can call the manager at pep boys (*** ** ***)so I called the manufacturer and talked to *** and told him that I could only get him the transaction number but he did not care about that and he only want the receipts number to replace the cover
I get his point about the receipts but something gotta give , either pep boys print the receipts or the manufacturer replace the car cover but nobody is helping me out, I think *** should call pep boys just to make sure that I bought the car cover from their because he think i'm laying and also i'm
