This job was ordered and scheduled based on a delivery schedule provided by Mr*** We arrived on time to install flooring as scheduled Mis- communication by *** *** and *** caused our crew to occur lost time Mr*** changed the scope of job and then canceled
installation He instructed me to distribute the funds to workers who performed that day and for the lost time Our crews lost time and other job due to materials not in and change by Mr*** We are willing to refund $ but we must charge for men lost time and job canceled

Coverland was supposed to refund $100.  Never received refund.  I could not dispute his response although I did not agree, but he has made no effort to contact me and has not responded to my text messages.   I appreciate your help.  Sincerely,[redacted]
