As the owner of the company I will be contacting the homeowner personally to resolve the issue We have a policy that every single customer must be happy when they receive our services If they are not, in a fair and equitable way we will continue to work out any issues until the customer is happy Automatic pool cover fabrics are made of vinyl and have a life of to years Once a fabric has reached its life it develops holes and degrades which results in an unsafe situation where the pool cover may not function as a safety cover We normally do quote out to a homeowner a replacement fabric if we find that the fabric has reached the end of its useful life This is both for safety and to give the homeowner an option to buy a replacement fabric instead of spending money replacing ropes and repairing a fabric which will need replacing soon anywayOur pricing for our services is based on the cost of materials and labor to do the service required We have set pricing which we extend to all customers without regard to where they live in [redacted] We would be glad to restore the homeowners cover system to as close as the way we find it as possible, so that she can use another cover repair company that she feels comfortable with We have found that if there is not mutual trust between a homeowner and our company, that doing business together is not in either's best interest
