Last week [redacted] came into the dealership and explained the issues that he was having with his truck and I told him that I would look into it immediately and get back with him because I needed to obtain information from our Covert Ford location since that was where the vehicle came from and inspection would have taken placeI explained to him that [redacted] only had access to our service department records and wouldn't be able to see what was done at our other locations I contacted our Ford store service department and had all of the service information pulled for the Dodge that was purchasedIt was faxed to me and I have attached the documents that I receivedI contacted Mr [redacted] on Friday to let him know that I received the used car inspection and everything indicates that the inspection was doneWe discussed the situation and neither of us could figure why there would be problems so quickly and I told him that I would find out what the status of the part was and what the cost of the item was and let him know what we could doI didn't get the opportunity to respond or investigate options further as today is MondayWhat I would like to do is have the vehicle brought to our service department so that I can determine what is causing the horn not to function and inspect the other issuesI never stated that I would not do anything to help with any of the issuesCustomer service is always important to us and I plan on contacting the customer to have the vehicle brought in.Thank you, [redacted]
