In response to your remarks, there are a couple of things that are not stated correctlyFirst of all, the original call was to ask about one window not having the same color trim as the rest of the houseWe only painted the trim with one color all around the houseI am not sure why the customer
thinks we would paint one window trim a different coloryears ago, this customer walked around the house and inspected the paint job with our production manager, and signed off and paid for the projectThis issue should have been addressed thenThere was no mention of the HOA on her phone call, and there was no mention of chipping during this call either. We closed this company years agoWhen this customer called with the complaint of a different color on the trim of one window, we told her this is not a warranty issueShe changed her tone, started to yell, and then mentioned flaking of the paintWhen she began to yell, and wanted to argue without calming down, we then hung upWe do not need to be berated and will not converse with a yelling customer
