I have talk to the customer a few timeI explained that we would compensate her with the one month of what we charge and we cannot compensate her in the amount of what another company chargesShe explained that if she would have known that [redacted] was going to charge her another month that she would of waited the month to get the installI explained with us giving her the monthly charge back to her she would be in the same boat as if she waited to have the installI also advised the customer that she is a Vector Security customer and all correspondence should go through Vector The only reason they are sending her back to us is because she is asking to cancel serviceMy last conversation I explained all this to her, she said she understood and to the best of my knowledge it ended okThank you Eric Eric C [redacted] EAlarm Of New York Inc.Vector Security Authorized Dealer [redacted]

We apologize for the misunderstanding. when the rep talk to the customer they were supposed to explain that the tech was held up and we would need to reschedule the service appointment, not push the time of the service appointment back. it is my understanding that we have been back and the...

issue has been rectified. The customer mentions that there were billed for a service call. there service for wear and tear is included in there monthly monitoring. I do not see any charges for service calls. However if I am missing something the customer should call the corporate office to have the charges reversed.
