In short, [redacted] rescued me and my computerI knew something was really wrong computer crashed, wouldn't boot up, wouldn't turn offMy brother recommended ***, thank goodness [redacted] said my computer had the most number of rootkit viruses he had ever seen! He not only fixed up my computer, he recommended the right anitvirus and malware software, he told me how to care for my computer (better than I had in the past) and helped me find a new monitor that was compatible with my computer(I had given up trying to figure it out.) Best of all, his services cost less than I paid to a local office supply businessI absolutely recommend him! NOW I have a computer advisor again!

The owner, [redacted], was friendly and upfront about both cost and turn-around time, which I have not always found to be the case with other computer repair services. He was willing to work around my budget, and gave regular updates throughout the repair process; it was definitely nice to know what was going on, and have some input/ be able to ask questions.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience. My laptop runs like new (it had several issues initially, including a severely cracked screen and a VERY loud fan), and I seriously doubt I could have gotten as good a deal anywhere else. I would definitely recommend Covey Computer to anyone looking to fix damaged electronics.

Great save by Covey Computers! My laptop had been damaged by the techs at a big box store, who put viruses on my computer and left it in worse shape than when I took it in for a minor issue. Covey Computers reinstalled the operating system and all programs needed, including antivirus and malware protection. While Covey was not able to retrieve all my lost data (because the other store had written over it so many times), he worked very hard trying and restored my laptop to top working condition. He was very fair on price and reasonable on turnaround time. I would trust Covey with any future computer service needs.
