Review: I contacted this business to repair my ice maker on Monday, Feb 16. They scheduled my appointment on Tuesday, Feb. 17. Yes, this was Mardi Gras day, but since I was not going to any parades it did not bother me. Needless to say, after sitting at my house all day- - no one showed up. I called the company and they said the tech would be out the next day. Again, I stayed home and no one came. Finally, he came Thursday morning. After briefly looking at my ice maker, he said he would have to order a part and it would be delivered in a week. It has now been almost 4 weeks..... My account was charged $55.00 on March 2 for this service. The $55 is supposed to go towards the part needed. My complaint is that I have called numerous times to try and find out what the status is on my account. (March 2, 5, 12, 16, and 17) All calls resulted in someone different saying that they would take a look at it and call me back. NO calls have been returned. On Monday, March 16 I called and asked to speak with a manager. I told her that I was tired of dealing with this and I would like to have my bank account refunded the $55 so that I could contact another company to fix the ice machine. AGAIN I was told that she would look into it and get back to me. NO RETURN CALL.Desired Settlement: I would like my bank account to be refunded the $55.
