I am rejecting this response because: It is very convenient to say that the wind caused something and be off the hookThey know the work they did was poor and should fix this "minor" issue I am havingAs far as being turned to collections, I was not the liable party for the damage and my insurance did send me a check many months later for this $1,amountIn the mean time, I had been making payments of $a month and the first chance I was late by a few days, they turned my account to collectionsIf they have already been to my house to fix falling siding before this windstorm they would like to blame, what was the reason for that? Poor quality workI do conveniently live on a busy street and I will be happy to put one of their business signs in my yard as well as a warning about the quality of work they provide to my 1,facebook friends? People shpuld be warned about non union businesses like this who come knocking at people's doors in a time of tragedyI had no idea that a job that was quoted around 60,by my insurance company could be done for half that by cutting every possible cornerThey forgot to mention that I was displaced from my house until March, and at that point I began making payments, when the job was done

The loss occurred on or about 12/19/, we than started the repairs shortly after thatThe City of Spokane Planning and Development Services issued a final Inspection Report on 2/3/so all work was completeAfter numerous attempts including a registered letter to he on March 5thand no
payments or correspondence on her part we had no choice but to send this to collections months after the work was completeWe always provide a or year warranty never a life time warrantyUnfortunately in October of we had a major wind storm if we would have been notified with in the warranty period we would have taken care of the minor repairWe pride our selves on customer service and do plus projects a year and always stand behind our work with in the warranty period and in many cases beyond that period if we have done something wrong , but unfortunately she would have to file an additional claim with her insurance company

As far as being turned to collections, I was not the liable party for the damage and my insurance did send me a check many months later for this $1,000 amount. In the mean time, I had been making payments of $100 a month and the first chance I was late by a few days, they turned my account to collections. If they have already been to my house to fix falling siding before this windstorm they would like to blame, what was the reason for that? Poor quality work. I do conveniently live on a busy street and I will be happy to put one of their business signs in my yard as well as a warning about the quality of work they provide to my 1,300 facebook friends.  People shpuld be warned about non union businesses like this who come knocking at people's doors in a time of tragedy.
