I had paid down from 16k to 2500 then I got repossessed for $400 then after they paid the towing they came back again and got the car. I was too done went and bought another car from somewhere else. My customer service rep was laura whom is very rude and never returns phone calls. Told me once when I called to pay on time I couldn't, blocked me from paying over the phone then on Monday after it was late told me I could pay of course with the late fee. Her attitude does not deserve to be with any customer. Ms Stewart is responsible and I can see why she is the supervisor and that's in spite of me not doing business with them any more. I have called several times and left Laura voicemail to get my personal items out of that car because I can't get them without her setting an appointment and I have yet to get a returned phone call or my items back out of the car. Bad customer service, bad attitude which makes convington pike acceptance have a bad business. Will not refer anybody to do business with Laura. Everybody can't handle power and she is one that can not. I know she got my message because I've left several even with other reps letting them know Laura was not gonna return my call. And she has not. I checked my credit while good paying history never on my credit report when I got furlowed and missed a couple of payments after explaining I would be able to pay the next week I got repossessed and bad rating on my credit report

The unprofessionalism is unreal! My husband I have been dealing with this company since 2015 and have paid a total of 14,000 over that period! Now we are at the the end of our lease payments and they continue to send us threatening messages about a insurance payment! All of the lease payments have been made, what we choose to do with our insurance should our business! We’ve carried the same exact insurance since 2015 and it is now 2019. Of course the vehicle is going to be insured! However,if you miss one payment they act as if you’re MONTHS behind! The lease agreement is PAID! No one bothered to reach out to us in regards to obtaining the title of the car. The only time you hear from these representatives is when they’re asking for money! They get mad when you asked simple questions but should redirect that attitude toward the salesman at the car lot who did not explain the what you were really getting upfront! Document,screenshot,and record every phone call when dealing with these people!

My husband paid his car off with this company. He is actively seeking his title, but is having delays beyond his control due to poor service. Two months ago my husband paid his car off! he also paid fees to for title. This company has yet to give him the title that is legally his. A month ago he called to check the status of his title and the representative admitted to forgetting to mail it. He is requesting the title to take out a title loan, but can not do so because the representative has not mailed the title and is denying him to pick up the title in person due "verification" requirements. Let me just say when a monthly payment was made the "verification" process of the payer was very light. I emailed a picture of my driver's liscense and the front and back of the debit card and the payment was processed. how do you know that was me? What were your "verification" requirements for that? My husband has been dealing with company for over four years. You mean to tell me he did not have verify or show ID when paying in person but has to "verify" himself for his title?!!?! Also it is representative that is at fault who FORGOT to mail the title the first time, but this is the same representative that DOES NOT forget to turn off your car when a payment is not made on time. My husband and I can not get the loan we are inquiring because of poor service. I am financing a 2003 [redacted] ls and I have paid 10,000 dollars and counting. I have had it for two years with continuous car repairs.I am not sugarcoating nothing and I will get straight to the point. I feel like I was taken advantage of two years ago when I signed a contract for a 2003[redacted] ls. I was told by my salesman that after 18 months I would be able to trade my car back in so after thinking about it and asking my girlfriend who was sitting there with me and then I went on and sign it. Right then and there I had that gut feeling like I had made the biggest mistake. I pulled off the lot November 16,2012 and by the November 30, 2012 I was back their getting my car repair under warrant. This was just the beginning to what was to come. January 18,2013 my car was towed in because belt and water pump assemble under warrant 109.58 out my pocket and plus they kept my car a week. February 14-20, 2013 my car was back at [redacted] auto shop getting hub bearing and pigtail replaced, wheel bearing, cooling fan assemble and I payed 220.00 deductible. Remember Im not rich and still paying my car note 205.00 every two weeks(they dont care). BY April 10, 2013 I was back at [redacted] for repairs this time to replace intake gasket, thermostat and gasket, upper lower intake plent and lower gasket and coolant temp sensor. they held my car for another week and I payed 164.37 deductible. Really I am sick and tired running getting this car fixed and I wonder why its so hard for cpac to just take this car off my hands if since they call themselves the bank. To me they target people with bad credit. They show they customers good service until after they sign the contract and pull their car off the lot. They are charging me and other people the cost of new model cars on used cars. This company is very money hunger and really do not care about their customer and I am speaking about who ever calling shots. After this service I would not recommended anybody to purchase there. I was very desperate at the time, I work, I go to college and my daughter need to go to her doctor appointments. I just want to let anybody thinking about buying a car from them to think different, READ YOUR CONTRACT, DO NOT SIGN IT, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY CASH because these are the same kind of people who brought wall street down. I do not understand how company can exist like this or maybe its just my experience. I tried several times to seat down professional and work out our differences. I guess my next step is court and I have all my receipts. Desired SettlementThe settlement im seeking is to end my contract. They can take the car and never worry about me again. The salesman and the branch manager didn't represent the sale completely and they aren't standing behind the product. (2009 [redacted]).My complaint starts at the beginning, when I took my daughter to the dealer to purchase her first car. They lead us to believe that it was a purchase and later we found out it was a lease. None of the paperwork mentions a lease but we didn't find out until after the first payment. Secondly, they aren't honoring their maintenance agreement. They presented us with a catch to it. My daughter is current in her account but has been a couple of days late with her payment. We discovered when there was a mechanical issue that "IF YOU ARE LATE AT ANY TIME YOU ARE THEN RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR REPAIRS THAT ARE LISTED AS FREE". So when she needs an oil change we have to wait until a month when all payments have been on time or we have to pay full price.Desired SettlementI can't get a straight answer as to the type of lease it is and what the maintenance agreement covers.Business Response I have spoken with Mr. [redacted] and hopefully all his concerns have now been addressed. [redacted] will be receiving free oil changes as long as her payments are up to date when she brings the car to the shop. In addition, Mr. [redacted] is going to e-mail me a copy of the receipts where he paid for the ignition switch and the labor to have it installed and programmed and we will reimburse him.

THE WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH! I CALLED TO MAKE A PAYMENT ON MY CAR ACCOUNT AND WAS TOLD I WAS 3 CAR PAYMENTS BEHIND WICH WAS VERY INACCURATE. I WAS TRANSFERRED TO A CLIENT REP BY THE NAME OF [redacted] SHE WAS VERY RUDE TO ME AND STATED THAT I OWED 3 CAR PAYMENTS AND THAT I NEEDED TO MAKE A PAYMENT THAT DAY WICH WAS A THURSDAY OR ELSE MONDAY THEY WOULD REPOSSESS MY VEHICHLE. However the individual who caused me to file a complaint was asked to apologize and she apologized as if she didn't want to apologize to begin with like she was being made to do so. Her apology was very snappy unfriendly and cold.

CPAC Rep calls every month saying my insurance has lapsed and it never has. She is EXTREMELY RUDE when she calls. I also get texts. RUDE.I bought a [redacted] in August of 2013,or at least I thought I bought it, I leased it. Anway, wvery month since I have had the car, Mrs. [redacted] either calls me or texts me that my insurance is showing to be lapsed. My insurance has never lapsed. I switched carriers once, but it has never lapsed. I tell her this every month. now, she rudeley requested that I have the carrier fax her TODAY with proof of coverage.Desired SettlementhBusiness Response I personally spoke with Ms. [redacted] this week and updated the insurance information on her account. Due to the fact that the new insurance policy did not have CPAC listed as a lienholder we did not receive any notice of the new coverage and when Ms. [redacted]'s previous policy cancelled we believed she did not have the required coverage on her vehicle. I apologize for the confusion or any rudeness on our part.
