Today, 10January2015, makes almost hours that my family and I have not had heat in our homeMy wife reported this issue early yesterday twice well before anyone was supposed to get off workMaintenance supervisor had to come byHe's new, seemed very knowledgeable, and saw our heater was pretty much riggedThere was nothing he could doHe said he would have to get some contractors out to fix it today at pm since they are so busyManagement should've put a handle on this yesterday but they did notI have children as young as three hereI work hard outdoorsWhy should I come home and freeze too?
Management is a big issue hereThey've moved in some people that pretty much have torn this place down and have yet to evict themSomeone's groceries got stolen out of their car while they were taking groceries inside their home
Do NOT move in to these apartmentsYou will deeply regret it as we have
Attached is the completed work order for *** *** Road. The only item left to complete is to replace a cracked window. The window has been ordered and will be replaced no later than 04/30/2015.
We have been in contact with the resident and she is happy with the repairs. Please let me know if you need any further information. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[AS I do agree most of the repairs are completed with the residence with the kitchen area. I have other areas of the town home that I want noted as I will not be responsible for after my lease is up due to wear/ tear . My concern is the company going to follow through on compensation for the havoc I have had with the property the last 11 months of my lease.I had to send more than 25 emails to the property/ corporate in regards to the issues I have had. I have been contract with representative from the company due to the Attorney General complaint I filed as well. and from what I understand my issues will be funneled up to your Vice President] in regards to compensation. I want to assure that Covington Square follows through on there agreements and not have me waiting more months on them to come back to address issues.
