No fees were charged because I canceled business with this owner after she tried to impose undisclosed feesMsC [redacted] also don't disclose specific payment times or that the only option is to give credit/debit card information, at the time of transactionThis was an internet based transactions and it should of been disclosed to give consumers the option to shop or not, being that fraud and identity theft is at a all time highThere wasn't any fees obtained from me because I did not provide my credit card information, didn't know that she'll ever request it because [redacted] was listed as an option of payment on website

*** *** called from the business stated that the merchandise was shipped out to *** *** and still hasn't been paid forThat they did business with *** *** and she has failed to keep up her end of the agreement to pay for the items she ordered *** *** stated that the
merchandise would have to be shipped back before *** at *** with a tracking number provided so that the appropriate refund can be issued*** *** stated that if *** *** provides a copy of the receipt that shows the amount paid for shipping she will make an exception and refund the amount for shipping *** *** mentioned that when items aren't paid for they have the right to file through courts to receive the funds for the product that was shipped out to the consumer

Lydia C*** called from the business stated that they offered a payment plan and Ms*** wanted to set the payment plan up through *** which they can not doThe only way a payment can be made through *** is if it is in fullMs*** was asked for a credit card number to put
on file for the payment plan and refused to provide that informationWhen that was refused MsC*** requested for the product to be shipped backThe product was received today

MsC*** called from the business stated that the products weren't paid for so a request to return the products were madeWhen the products aren't returned they state that they have the right to take the consumer to courtIf/when the products are returned there is a restocking feeNo refund
