Waiting for refund or boots to be shipped
I purchased boots from Cowbowchief.com Jan 31 2020. They boots were delivered on Feb 9 2020. The boots were too small so I returned them. I didn't keep the tracking number once I realized they received the boots. Based on our email exchange, they received the boots on March 4. I asked for a credit, but they asked me if I would accept store credit. After many months of phone calls and emails, they suggested I get a fitting at a local store. On November 18 I received an email from Cowboychief that the Lucchese factory in El Paso was closed due to Covid and orders would be further delayed. I received another email in November 25th that the factory has reopened. I then called Lucchese and they said they had the new order number (546609), but they couldn't process it until Cowboychief returned the boots to them. I have no boots and I'm out what I paid to them.

I will be here very honest and sincere.

1- I placed my order on Order: CC9499 Order date: 10/17/2019
to get it before Christmas per your advertisement on your website. I called and talked to a live person they said yes. Please, see the attachment
2- Christmas passed I called in again I got the following email from Trish:

Your boots (Order #CC9499) is due to ship to you on February 7, 2020. We appreciate your business. regards, Trish.

3- Called again I got the following email from Jesse:
So we were just informed by the factory that your first pair of boots was flagged with a factory defect in the final inspection process. Therefore they have to build a new pair of boots for you and they are saying they will ship those boots on March 6th. We are so very sorry for this hassle but there is absolutely nothing we can do about it. Best regards, Jesse.

Dear Cowboy chief Customer service,
My question is that you are dealing with one largest company in the world and that is "Lucchese" and you are telling me that you can do nothing about it? you have insurance with them if something goes wrong, they would honor it.
Anyhow, today is March 6th. More than 4 months passed. Are you keeping your promise please?
The above statement is true. I work for military and I hold government security clearance. I am honest.
This needs to be addressed to higher up manager so it can be fixed. Thank you. As of today 3/15/2020 I have not received my order and I am keep calling them everyday on business hours.

This customer received their refund Our customer service department is closed on the weekends and that is when the customer was trying to contact us. Please close this case. Thank you

Good morning.  This issue was totally resolved with the buyer with a full refund.   Please contact the buyer / complaintee of this case and please remove this case entirely. Thank you so much.
