Started using Cowboy Cooling and Heating in Was very happy with the service that Steve providedI purchased a service agreement in Called office and set up an appointment for Steve to come out and check heating system on November 6, I was told that service would be done around pm to pmI waited until pm and no one showed upI called and left message on office phone and also on cell phoneI even left a text messageNo response to any of my calls or text messageCalled again on November 8, to tell Steve I would be lookin for a new company to service my equipmentLesson learned don't sign service agreementsLook up company with [redacted] it stated license is suspended

This company is great! Steve did a wonderful job and for a great price!!

I want to shout from the rooftop about Cowboy Cooling and Heating because everyone needs to have wonderful experts available when the heatpump dies on Sunday! Steve came right out and confirmed it was a goner and got everything set up for install of a new one on Tuesday, and thats where it gets truly wonderful - for the price I had been quoted for a Goodman from another very able company I am thrilled to have gotten a Trane! Still can't quite believe it but I am so comfortable thanks to Steve and Fermin and their customer care and generosity They easily could have taken advantage of my situation but that isn't the way they do business! I had them replace my water heater last year - before it was an emergency - and was impressed then but now I am telling everyone about them in my HOA! Sun City people often get the short end of the straw in business dealings but not with this wonderful company! They saved me so much money and delivered a quality product and service to be proud of So happy I found them!

I was explained by one of the manufacture representatives *** that if the AC unit is not register properly through them ***, the extended warranty I purchased will not be effective to receive unlimited coverage for parts mention on invoice with any other dealerWarranties mention on invoice are only for Cowboy Cooling & Heating.. I was under the impression that I was purchasing the extended 5-year warranty through the manufacture if in case my contractor went out of business in the future I would still be covered

Great service! Had my AC go out when it was degrees and Steve was there within hours!

Last July of I purchased a cooling unit form MrSteve B*** Cowboy Cooling & Heating, and with that I also purchased an extended warrantyThis warranty was to covered an extra years in parts and also the compressor unitThis March of I came to find out that my extended warranty was not register with the manufacture ***I have since contacted Mr B*** on attempts to register my unit, but it seems I been getting the round aroundMy first contact with him was on March 20th

I was recommended this company by a friend & I'm so glad I actually called them! My AC went out a few days ago, degree weather outside & the condo quickly shot up to degreesA friend recommended Cowboy, but I was skeptical since I always rely on reviewsTurns out they're a fairly new company, so I can't really fault them for thatNot only did they send a tech out the same day, but they had great financing options & super affordable pricingMy roommate is a skeptic & he decided to wait for another couple quotesThe other AC companies took two & three days to come out & were a couple thousands of dollars more to replace the ACAs soon as the second tech left, we called back Cowboy & asked how quickly they could replace the systemThe owner spoke to us himself, arranged interest free financing for us, & set up the replacement for the very next dayI'm so happy to have found them & have been recommending them to everyone I knowEven if just for a quote, call Cowboy first, you won't find anyone better in AZ

I've contacted [redacted] to resolve this issue. The equipment will be registered through the manufacturer as the customer has requested, even though it is not typically our policy for extended warranties. I've reached out to this customer 3 times today via phone with no avail and left 2 voicemails. The manufacturer is asking for the customer's email address to send the warranty documentation.

Attached is the invoice for this customer, [redacted] As you can see in the invoice, she has been promised 10 year Compressor, 10 year Parts and 10 year Labor Warranties through my company, Cowboy Cooling & Heating. This customer has not had any issues with her new system that we installed...

in July of 2016 up to this point. However, if she had or does have any issues moving forward, she is covered under these warranties. I've personally guaranteed the warranties and since they are on our invoice we will be covering all parts, compressor and all labor for any repairs necessary to her system for exactly 10 years from installation. The manufacturer warranties are for 5 years, but the customer purchased an extended warranty through our company for an additional 5 years. Also, part of her purchase, we included a 3 year service plan that would have our company provide 2 Tune Ups per year for the first 3 years of the life of the system so that the customer does not have to pay for anything at all for the first 3 years. Between the end of 3 years and the end of the 10 years, the only thing the customer would have to pay for is the Tune Up of the system. All repairs and labor are specifically covered by our company for the first 10 years from install date. Invoice says 7/19/16. Customer is covered under these warranties until 7/19/26

Had a new AC unit installed today and was very impressed with Cowboy Cooling and Heating. I was clearly explained details of the work, potential options, and was given upfront pricing. They didn't try to force up sales on me. They were courteous, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. I was even called later in the day to ensure my house was cool and the system was working well. I was very impressed with Steve and would highly recommend Cowboy Cooling and heating.
