Revdex.com Heather has falsified every thing that she has told the Revdex.com [redacted] and was using a web site cowboycreekrarebulldogs which is no longer up and running Heather is a professional liar and [redacted] If I had falsified any thing I would not got a partial refund from pay pal Heather still owes me to make things correctHad I been at fault [redacted] would not have decide? in my favorHeather keeps falsifying documents trying to make it look like she is in the right.? To start off with the customer who has filed this complaint has provided information not once have we refused to ship his dog as mentionedUpon his first inquiry Mr [redacted] placed a deposit on the dog he was purchasing from us and was provided a sales document on our letter head, and was also advised to review the payment and deposit information as set out in writing on our websiteThe date of deposit and sales contract sent to the customer was December 16, 2016, and as laid out on our website the customer then had hours to return said sales document properly signed and dated (which he did not comply) The customerwas made aware at this time that there is a Canadian Embargo on the shipment of live animals over the holiday season from December 15th to January 9th (meaning his dog could not be shipping till after the days embargo ends) On December 19th Mr[redacted] made another two payments towards the full balance of his dog in a suspicious manner that was flagged as risky by [redacted] as he paid in two different currencies and one without a proper invoice from meDue to this discrepancy [redacted] made the decision to withhold his funds for a period of business daysOver the next days the customer began to grow increasingly agitated due to his money being held, and voiced "I am not a rich man it was a lot of money to come up with and I could have had another dog here by now"I explained to the customer we do not issue refunds unless there is a medical issue proved genetic with the dog after purchase(This gentleman was not able to afford what he had spent and was trying for a refund long before there was any shipping issue) Next the customer partook in more suspicious actions as he tried to have us agree to ship the dog to his "wife", for which would never provide any name information when she contacted via text message [redacted] assured us this was also against their policies on his behalf as shipping must be made to the customer who's name is on the [redacted] account I.E his name only.We have submitted proof via [redacted] that the customer who has complained agreed to shipping last Saturday and the day before the dog was due to be shipped he filed a complaint through [redacted] saying he never received his dog and wanted his money back, and yet we submitted proof he'd agreed to a shipping date.The customer in question has submitted two reviews to puppyfind which were found to be suspicious and removed, he has sent us vulgar messages along with harassed other customersAfter speaking with [redacted] at [redacted] regarding the proof submitted it seemed probable that Mr [redacted] simply had buyers remorse and wanted a refund more then a week prior to when shipping was booked as he even suggested we sell him to someone elseWe ourselves have also called the authorities regarding the situation due to the nature of vulgar messages received and they have assured us this is a civil matter and no crime has been committed As laid out on our website:Customer has hours from the time of receiving the sales document as set out in writing to return it properly signed and dated which he did not and even proceeded to send us a text message photo of said sales document in his possession which was still not signed over two weeks later (This proof of photo was provided to [redacted] )Also provided in writing we do not accept payment plans and that full payment is due in the required time as set out (Which customer also did not abide by)As also set out in writing shipping is the responsibility of the buyerWe do not ship to anyone other then the name set out on the sales documentAny failure to carry out items one and two is a forfeit on behalf of the buy (which we overlooked hoping this gentleman would abide by the sales protocol)We do not resell dogs after a sales document is signed as requested by the buyerAlso as laid out in writing on our pricing/deposits if a family can't and won't take their dog for any reason all moneiez are non-refundable and are on a replacement only clauseLaid out in writing all morning are non-refundable and replacement of equal quality and value only.Furthermore especially after receiving threats we have not heard from the above listed customer regarding resolving his shipping issue, and to schedule a date which would work seeing as it was booked for the Saturday and the day before he stated he only wanted a refund which we don't do simply because a customer no longer wants his dog..so the claim of us refusing to send his dog has no basis as he himself stated he only wanted a refund not the dog.As mentioned we do not issue refunds only replacement value unless a dog/puppy has died prior to the family taking possessionThe customer is not entitled to a refund and needs to abide by the sales protocol and cooperate with the shipping scheduling to proceed.This gentleman from day one has not complied with the sales protocol as set out in writing and needs to do so to properly proceed with the sale [redacted] do not provide websites with family letters, sales documents, health guarantees, and hold memberships in good standing with an accredited Kennel club which has all been provided to [redacted] This gentleman is simply upset because he wanted a refund before there was ever a shipping issue, and a delay with his funds due to his suspicious payments.It is Hello ***,I wanted to further respond this evening again to the suspicious and claims made by our "customer" *** *** in regards to his files uploaded today in his response.I'd like to detail for you the attachments I've linked to this emailI have provided you a screen shot, and also the enlarged photo of our sales contract in Mr***s possession for which he sent photos of:The screen shot text conversation is from last Thursday (January 12th) he sent me photo confirmation that he yes in fact received his sales contract filled out by myself on December the 2016- Please take note that in the photo he sent me of our sales contract on January the 12th it's evident he had not signed the document.This past Saturday January 14th I enlarged the photo he sent where again evident he's has not signed the required sales document needed to proceed further with the sale (as laid out in writing on our sales protocol page that he was provided buyer has hours to return these completed documents) Mr*** failed to do so by December 19th...and clearly also hadn't this past weekend as proven in the photos.Now I have also provided you the photo for which he uploaded to the Revdex.com today- Where he has clearly fraudulently now signed the document and dated it for December 17th 2017 when it was obviously signed a month later.He has done this because when we submitted our proof of documents to *** he was made aware that he has breeched this necessary step required to carry on with the shipping of his dog (all required documents must be signed and returned prior) He was also this evening unable to provide proof of why he's lied and added the signature nearly a month later when he himself sent photos of the document in his possession unsigned as recently as days ago.This man has done nothing but falsify evidence and act suspiciously even AFTERHe's been provided a refund via ***.Kindly,Heather
