On Dec15, 2017, I purchased from Brent Johnson of the Ozark Safety Coof Springfield, Missouri, smoke and fire detectors for I gave him down with the rest on a contract to be paid at payments until paid in fullTwo detectors were installed with the promise that the other two would be arriving in the mail within daysThey never arrivedAfter two weeks, (Dec29), I called him and said he intended to deliver them but had car troubleHe said he would have them in the mail the next dayThey never arrived after the New Years holidayI waited and on Jan17, 2018, I called and no one answeredThere was a prompt to leave a message but when I tried to leave one, the recording said that this party was no able to accept messages at this timeI tried again on Jan20th and got the same responseOn Jan 19ththe Facebook site was active and on Jan20thit had disappearedHe refused to answer my calls or my emailsI realize that I have been scammed and want
