We paid in full for my Bachlorette Party for July 19th, 2014 in December cannot reach company. We paid $365.00 for a party for July 19th in [redacted] North Carolina. We paid using a [redacted] debit card. We booked this on December 3rd, 2013. We where we had to pay the total in the time of booking to reserve this date. We spoke with [redacted] of Cowboy Limos to book this party. We received a contract of confirmation for this service via email. Our confirmation number was XXXXX. We have tried numerous times calling all of the numbers we have found for them. Some are disconnected and some just ring and ring not going to an email. We even submitted another request for a party quote from a different email. We received an email thanking us for contacting them and to go the their Facebook page, which they do not have one. Upon more investigation we found the articles about other charges that have been filed against them. We still continue to try and contact them but we have had no success.Desired SettlementWe would like a refund for what we paid. Nothing more or less. This is one thing that made us have to change our plans since we are out of that money.

Awful service. Limo was over 2 hours late. Never received free service as promised.I paid for a 25-30 passenger party bus for my birthday (February 2014). Not only was the bus over 2 hours late picking up my group but, we missed our dinner reservations. We were told at the time that our initial bus driver got lost so they had to send out another driver, when in reality they simply double booked and we had to settle for a much smaller bus. Also, the driver was very rude, forcing us to pay his tip in advance stating, "i'm not leaving this spot until I get my tip" and demanded how much we had to pay him. That next Monday I contacted the company and they immediately responded saying they could either give me partial refund (of only $100.00) or a free night in a party bus of the right size or bigger. However, I had 22 people to contact so I told the guy I would give him a call back. I have tried to contact the company numerous times since then and never get a response. Yesterday I find out that the company is in trouble [redacted] and were not even supposed to be in business during that time. Desired SettlementMy group and I were fine with receiving a free night of service initially however, I am very dissatisfied with this company and would like my money back. I paid over $1400.00 for this service and have my credit card statement as proof. Business Response Mrs. [redacted] initially booked twilight party bus. She rode in daybreak party bus. They are the same size. They are both 25 pass buses. So she was not given a smaller bus. The initial driver the group had [redacted] that was in the twilight bus did get lost. So we called the driver [redacted] that was in daybreak to pick them up. He was 1.5 hours late because we called him at last minute. We were in constant contact with them the entire process. They did miss their reservations but they used the party bus for the entire time paid. They called the following Monday and we gave them a free ride to make up for the first driver initially assigned to the run not finding the place. They accepted the free ride. Also it should be said that you shouldn't believe everything you see on TV. The story on the TV is false the company is not trouble [redacted]. The reporter was trying to make a story out of nothing. Consumer Response It is obvious that this company is willing to do or say anything to keep the truth from coming out about how they treat their customers. I did speak with the company the Monday after and I did accept the offer of a free ride. This is not why I am complaining. I am complaining because the owner or operator of the company told me to contact him when we were ready to book our free ride and when I did (at least 3 times), I was not contacted back. In other words, we never got our free ride that was promised to us. I think the fair thing to do is to refund our money because we did not get what was promised to us. Needless to say I will never use this company again and neither will the others in my group.

I personally Paid a face to face $400 cash deposit on 08/28/2013 06:57 PM. At two month and again at one month before the wedding I was contacted by phone by a representative of Cowboy limo was asked to make payment in full in the amount of $400.00 for a total cost of $800 per contract. The contract stated the remaining $400 booking must be paid in full fourteen days before date of service. I did not pay the additional $400 as I became suspicious of the requests. I contacted Cowboy limo on three separate occasions 6/2 and asked to confirm the vehicle that was contracted. I was told that the owner would return my call I did not hear back from Cowboy Limo so I called again on 6/3 and 6/4/14 and no one answered. Finally on 6/5/14 I contacted someone that would only tell me that Cowboy limo was not going to honor the contract and that they had no information on how I could receive a refund on my deposit. The phone number was disconnected the following day. Cowboy limo too my $400 and did not provide any service,refund, exchange or substitution in any way to compensate for the $400 deposit. It was rather apparent on the calls 2 months and one month prior to the contracted date of service that they were not going to honor the contract. Desired Settlement$400 refund for the cash deposit given to Cowboy limo. Nothing more than what I gave them for a services that were never provided or honored in the contract.

I paid for servce for June 13, 2015 and I want my money back. I paid $400.00 on 02/10/2014. I was to call the number and it is no longer in service. I want my money back that I have paid on Feb. 10, 2014. Desired SettlementI want a 100% refund of $400.00.

Services was never provided. I signed contract and paid. Services was never provided. I paid in full and was going to use the limo company for my wedding. A week before my wedding I tried to contact these people and their phones were cut off. This is when I contacted the Revdex.com and was told this company had gone out of business. I feel this company knew they was going out of business when they accepted my money and I signed the contract. Desired SettlementI would like a full refund

I booked a Limo for my daughters wedding for November of 2014, and Cowboy Limo has ceased doing business and I cannot get anyone to answer my calls.I booked a limo with Cowboy Limo of Dunn, NC earlier this year. I have a contract confirmation number of XXXXX. I gave them credit card information and my card was charged $235.00 for them to transport my daughter on her wedding night on November 29,2014 from [redacted] in [redacted], NC to the airport in Raleigh. Now, they are not in business and no one will answer my calls as the phones are disconnected so that I can find out if the contract will be honored or I can receive a refund. Just a few days before the business shut down permanently, I called their office after hearing of allegations and problems with their operation and I was assured it was all hear say talk and not to worry that everything was fine and they would in fact honor our contract. Now, this is not the case and I am out of my $235.00 and will also have to book another limo service.Desired SettlementI am seeking a refund in the amount of $235.00 to be mailed to me at:[redacted] NC XXXXX

I would not recommend this limo service to anyone. There vehicle was old, dirty, smelled horrible, drove and sounded terrible. Absolutely disgusting.My father rented a limo on 5/3/14 for my wedding. He had requested a certain vehicle, but was told the night before (5/2/14) that the vehicle he requested would not be available. Upon arrival to my father's home, the driver was driving an older model Lincoln Towncar limo. When the limo came to pick my wedding party and myself we noticed an older model Lincoln Towncar. The car was dirty on the outside and inside as well. Once we entered the vehicle, there was a terrible odor that smelled like body odor, mildew, sex and just nastiness. The seats were dirty. There were air freshners in the window seals, but they were not helping. Once we began to go to our destination, the car was extremely loud and very uncomfortable. We finally arrived at the destination. The back passenger window rolled down, but it would not go back up. I had to ask the driver to find a way to roll it back up. My father eventually came back and pushed the window with his hands in order to get it to go back up. I was told by the driver of the limo that he was a contract worker and that he had never driven a vehicle that old and dirty before. He stated that he did inform the company before leaving the premises that the vehicle was not satisfactory and that if the consumers complained he would direct back to the company. It was very disturbing and disgusting to have to sit in a vehicle this nasty in my wedding dress. I had to constantly ask family and friends if I smelled due to horrible odor that was this vehicle. I would not recommend this company to anyone that is in search of a limo for any special occasion. My father was highly disappointed, because he wanted my special day to be fabulous. It is very sad that a company with such potential would send out something to their consumers that is not satsifactory. For the amount of money that was paid, it was not worth any dime that was spent. On top the company sending out a horrible vehicle, the staff is very unfriendly as well.Desired SettlementI would like a refund to be granted to my father. He paid a very nice amount for my wedding party and myself to enjoy our ride to and from the wedding. There was no reason at all for a vehicle to be smelling that horrible. I feel that the vehicle should had been clean, smelling nice, equipment working properly. We pride ourselves in good customer service from the booking process, the service itself, and after the booking. We appreciate all feedback so that we may improve our company. I apologize that the vehicle was not up to your and your father's standards. This is not a typical issue for our company. We have a full time cleaning staff and mechanic to ensure optimal cleanliness and functioning for the limos and I can assure you that all involved have been consulted with after reading this complaint. We have also consulted with the driver. The service was received for the wedding, but we like for our customers to be happy. My staff hasn't been unfirendly with your father in fact we have been in communication with him and in order to make sure that he is a happy customer and to make up for the service that was received on 5.3.14 we have scheduled a free ride for his anniversary in July. We actually took care of this on 5/5/14. We do follow ups on Mondays to ensure customer satisfaction. We wanted to ensure that he receives the services and expectations that should have received from our company. Again I apologize for the vehicle and the disappointment. We strive to make all of our customers happy and we try to make it right if they are not. Consumer Response To whom it may concern: offering my father a free ride on his anniversary is not satisfactory to fact that we were completely disgusted by the awfulness of these services. What exactly will a free ride do for the fact I was (1) embarassed, (2) had to constantly make sure that my beautiful wedding gown wasn't dirty or smelling because of the awful smell (3) and just unsatisfied. You say that you take pride in your customers, but the vehicle should had been checked before it was sent to your consumers who paid for the services. If the driver was contacted, he would had told you that myself and my father were disgusted. There was no satisfaction to these services at all. My fathers anniversary does not have anything to do with to do with the fact your services were awful. I can not bring back my wedding by you offering my father a free ride.Final Business Response Mam, If the vehicle was unsatisfactory to you then the services could have been refused. The services were paid for and the services were received. You were picked up and arrived at all of your destinations in a safe and timely manner. You and your father were not satisfied with the vehicle and because of that were not happy with the service so we spoke to your father because he is the one who's name was on the reservation and he paid for it. We gave him the free ride to make up for the fact that he was unhappy with the service he paid for. He agreed that would make him happy.

I paid for a limo service with this company for my birthday,the agreement wasnt honored and offered "redo aggrement" wasnt honored.I paid $550.00 for a limo service with this company in Jan.2014. with my [redacted] debit card. we aggreed that me and my party of 17ppl would be serviced with a 2013 black escalade on Feb8th, 2014. I tried following up with this company a week before my day of service to make sure everything was still perfect for my booking. I finally was able to get intouch with a representative the night before my day of service. The representative informed me that I wasn't booked for the 2013 escalade but I was booked for a fresh off the lot new 2014 sprinter van "party bus". I informed them that that wasnt what was agreed upon and they only gave me two options: to cancel or reschedule and if I didnt enjoy the vehicle then they would give my money back. I couldnt cancel or reschedule because it was the night before my event and I had paid for previous engagments for me and my party of 17 ppl. I asked the representative to send me pictures of the "sprinter van/party bus" because they didnt have pictures of it on their website, he agreed to send me pics of it first thing in the morning. I never recieved my pictures. The day of my service my driver arrived over and hour late causing me and my guest to miss out our dinner engagements because of late arrival. Once he arrived he opened the Van doors and the seats in the vehicle was fallen over for not properly being attatched, he wasnt able to cut on the entertainment, the bus didnt not fit my party of 17 like promised.The whole limo ride was horrible and it was not safe for me and my party, the driver ran off on the side of the hallway, slammed on breaks causing us to fall over each other and on to the floor because there was no seat belts. Drinks were also spilled because of this. This was a safety hazzard. The driver didnt not drive us to requested destinations because he decided to follow someone else on the road who told him they knew the location. I was so embarrassed. The next day I woke up with a soar neck from that horrible ride and I called and sent a complaint letter through email to this company requesting a full refund of my money, or a professional "redo" with the date, time frame, vehicle of my request for me and my party of 17ppl. I was given a call on feb10, 2014 from a cowboy limo representative apologizing and informing that a redo at my request was granted at no extra cost and that I was able to book another day of service on any day that I want, any time frame and vehicle that I want for me and my party of 17ppl. I accepted and informed them that I would like for my vehicle to be their black super stretch hummer "black diamond" and my time frame to be from 8pm-3am and my date was March 15th 2014. They agreed over the phone was told me they would have to check the date to make sure they werent booked. I have been trying to book a decent date with this company since feb 10th, 2014 and they have been giving me the run around and avoiding my calls. Ive been working with a man name [redacted] since the woman I was originally working with is nolonger with the company. [redacted] claims he has been working hard on trying to book my date on saturday as requested, but hasnt been able to set a date because of future prom events. [redacted] has pushed back requested dates in March, then May, then June, and now tells me they are offering me Aug 2nd 2014 for a party of 15ppl with their black escalade. I have not accepted this aggrement because it does not agree with what I requested. I am also unavailible on aug 2 2014. Ive been patient and professional with this company from the start but they are not honoring their word. my Uncle called yesterday to book a date on a saturday May17,2014 just to see if this company was avoiding re-booking me. [redacted] called him and was willing to book him on Saturday May 17th,2014 for a party of 17 on their escalade. How is this possible when [redacted] told me they didnt have ANY availible saturdays until Aug,2014? This is so unprofessional and dishonest. Desired SettlementOnce again I either want a FULL refund of my money, or another date of service at my resuest, on a date that I request, time frame of my request, and vehicle of my request to fit me and my party of 17ppl.Business Response Cowboy Limo LLC has been in complete communication with Mrs. [redacted]. She was not satisfied with the service for her initial reservation. We offered Mrs. [redacted] a refund of her money or a reservation for a new date. She currently has a reservation scheduled with my company for July 12th 2014 on our hummer limo. Our company has not given her the run around, avoided her, or lied to her about date availability. The availability in March April May and June is scarce because of prom season.
