Response for the Record: In reference to [redacted] Complaint to the Revdex.com It is with great sadness both at the professional and personal level that I have to expose my notes as a result of [redacted] ’s complaint, or concerns addressed at the Revdex.com [redacted] is correct that her family has used our services over the last seven years (approximately 25), and in most cases, “under difficult” circumstances due to family situationsOver the course of the last month, the circumstances were involving the moving of her mom’s estate to multiple locations, including a number of locations that her brother requested The day she requested four men (ticket [redacted] ), I was very clear in communicating to her that we were already booked, but because of her circumstance and long standing family status with Cowboy Moving and Storage, I would try to get at least three men out there to finish packing the contents of the estate that she requested That was accomplished, and you are correct, the move was not completed on that day However, here are a few other factors that were not mentioned, and beyond any control of Cowboy Moving and Storage, or me directly The estate was to be divided 50/between [redacted] and her brotherAccording to the estate representative, ***, [redacted] claimed closer to 80%, thus, longer to packing and transport [redacted] was also indecisive on what she wanted, creating a longer delay There was a restraining order against her from accessing the property of her mother’s estateThis information came directly from [redacted] on the 22nd of May, I received this information from [redacted] in the course of doing my daily “customer courtesy” calls Every customer on the schedule receives this call to correct any issues that might occur during a move [redacted] at no time during the call, had any complaints about the move, the crew, or the scheduling She was quite angry with the situation of the mentioned restraining order, and mentioned her brother and [redacted] specifically at that time as the source of her anger As a result of this delay specifically, the crew was unable to deliver items to her storage unit on the 22nd day of May As a result of not being able to finish the move, the crew, at my direction, left the balance of her items (supposedly going to storage) on the truck until the next day available, that we could deliver the items to her storage unit That was Friday morning, the 26th of May When I spoke with [redacted] on the day of 23rd May, I explained to her again, and very clearly, that all we would have time to do was finish unloading the contents of the truck On the morning before the scheduled move (5/25/17), the delivery address was changed to her home and she requested additional boxes when the crew arrived the next morning She spoke with Debbie in our office and was again clear with the understanding we were very busy and the guys would only be available to unload the truck and not help with additional packing, sorting, or moving to additional addresses [redacted] ’s opening comment in her complaint is: “Cowboy used to be go to movers.” Based on the circumstances outlined, I am very firm in my convictions that we are still a go to mover, and that maybe the situation is clouding her judgment in how outstanding her service was in this specific situation “The last couple times I called them they didn’t send me the number of men required for my move requiring the move to take additional days and costing more money.” [redacted] “If this was the first time this happened, I wouldn’t write this review but it’s a pattern They have consistently didn’t send enough movers resulting in higher expense.” “Ten moves booked for Ms [redacted] this year alone, only one move was one man short ( [redacted] ) Nine of those moves, all men she requested Due to my scheduling skills, and the ability to communicate with my crews that [redacted] could be difficult, she was treated with profession***sm above and beyond the call of duty, this difficult time no different than any other Treated with respect, professionalism, and Cowboy courtesy, even after this complaint.” [redacted] There have been numerous situations when [redacted] ’s previous moves have gone beyond what is scheduled Mostly because she’s not organized and our gentlemen go above and beyond willing to help her organize, reorganize and move to various other locations I’m proud of the work we all have done here at Cowboy Moving and Storage for [redacted] , and the entire [redacted] family It is with great sadness both at the professional and personal level that [redacted] has not directed her concerns to us to address first

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/06/15) */ Good afternoon [redacted] This is the response to [redacted] complaints about the recent move that Cowboy Moving and Storage did for himI will update you on our status with [redacted] 1.) Cowboy M&S has been paid in full for around $5, 2.) Cowboy M&S has issued [redacted] T an check for $1,to address his monetary complaints3.) There was a misunderstanding within the office here at Cowboy M&S regarding the rate of interest on a past due invoice [redacted] invoice stated that we would charge 24% per month, when in fact it was meant to be 24# per year, meaning a 2% rate per monthTo be totally honest, I don't think we have ever received interest on a late invoice in the plus years I have been working at Cowboy M&S4.) Since [redacted] T is not happy with some of the repair work that our repairman did, Cowboy M&S will allow the standard cents per pound per article to be used towards the repairs done by another furniture repair company5.) And finally, a written apology to [redacted] T from management (President Mr [redacted] ) at Cowboy M&S is forthcomingEveryone at Cowboy M&S takes a lot of pride in what we do every day, and be assured that any complaint is met with concernHopefully this resolves the issues [redacted] T has brought to our attention, and we will work hard to keep this type of thing from happening in the future Sincerely, [redacted] Vice President Cowboy Moving & Storage, Inc
