We bought pair of boots on Feb 2, [redacted] from the Cowboy Shop told us to ship the boots back and he would issue credit of $ So we returned one pair of boots via ups in mid to late March [redacted] confirmed that he had received the boots, and would issue credit Since we bought them on the internet, he told us to reference order # [redacted] As of May 17, I have not seen the credit applied to credit card I have called [redacted] at least weekly and more often than thatHe hasn’t answered his phone, it always go to voice mail I have also texted him with no response Thanks

I ordered a pair of house shoes in Dec 2017,they arrived in Jan Upon receipt of shoes I tried them on in my living room (carpet floor) and they didn't fit right so I packaged them back up, contacted seller for return information and guidance and sent them offThey were delivered the morning Jan 17th and I patiently awaited a refund that I was told I would get over email and phone by the seller, [redacted] I have called and emailed multiple times since they have been delivered and not been issued a refund or even received a simple responseThe shoes were not damaged or show any type of wearAll tags still on, not stretched out,etc

I purchased a pair of boots from this company (via their website) and my credit card was charged for those boots on 3/25/The boots were too small, so I contacted the company regarding the return of the boots to themThey provided the information necessary for that return [redacted] confirmed that those boots were delivered to their addressAfter waiting a reasonable amount of time, and not seeing a refund, I contacted them via email, and via MULTIPLE phone callsI received no reply to eitherI was able to speak to their "main" representative one time, and he told me that he would check on itTo this day, 8/6/18, I have not received this refundI sent an email approximately weeks ago and told "main" representative that generally I am a patient person, but there was still no refund, and I really felt no choice but to file a complaint with the Revdex.com in his stateThis company has $of our moneyI have found now from other people's experiences and complaints, shared here, that
