I placed my order on July 2nd for two items and funds immediately removed from my account. I was told I would be notified when my items shipped. Two weeks later (July 15) with no word, I reached out and asked for an update I was told they were working on my order and it would be sent out shortly. Now on July 30 I have no received any notification and the brand is removing my comments from their social media and ignore I’m inquiries via website. The owner and the company have since remove the items I order from there social media and website AND are now promoting jewelry instead. I work hard for my money and I don’t appreciate being ignored/scammed.
