PierMagic a foundation repair company in Grandview Missouri has represented in a brochure that well come back and correct any problems with our work However since early this year PierMagic has failed to respond to my requests that it solve a problem that arose February as the company performed foundation work at my home On that date a PierMagic worker was hand-digging a hole close to the foundation in the vicinity of the home39s underground electrical service lineThe location of the line had been duly marked by a Kansas underground utility notification service While digging the hole the worker39s shovel struck and cut the line interrupting electrical service *** Energy which provides electricity to the home immediately made a temporary repair of the line A *** representative informed me that a permanent replacement of the line was required The same day February I sent PierMagic an e-mail about the need for the replacement line On
Just had pier magic come in and take care of a leaky south corner wallThey jackhammered and made a drain going to the sump pump,and it was done in about an hour.Thankyou for solving the problem.! james w***
I would highly recommend PierMagicPart of our foundation where the sewer line exits the house had been under cut by previous ownersPierMagic came in and supported the affected area in a fairly quick time frame and for less than I had expected to payAlmost a year later I finally took down some things they had left in place so the concrete could dry only to discover an apparent crack in the sewer line where they had been workingI called them up to complain and expected them to fix itThey were quite courteous and sent someone out to have a lookAfter a brief investigation it turns out I was wrong and in my poorly lit basement I mistook mold lines on the pipe for a crack, something that if I had investigate more thoroughly I would have been able to figure out on my ownWhile the issue was my fault PierMagic was professional about it the whole time, not once did they try to get out of responsibility or blame me the situation as I tend to expect from companiesNot only that but the representative that came out was respectful and never made me feel bad or guilty about my obvious mistake
I have to tried to get them to make a repairs for several months now and have made several phone calls including emails to get their business but they have declined to call back or email back after giving me an estimate I would avoid this company as they are not reliable
