Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I appreciate the response from Cowboys AC & Heating and I am more than willing to have them resolve my issuesThe facts and details they mention in their response are accurate, however addition details are missing While speaking with many different representatives I finally was given the owner to speak with and he responded with rudeness and profanity to my request for actions regarding the issues I had been having The aluminum coil that was installed was the incorrect type should have been cooper coil, the return boxes and supply boxes do not match and do not provide the flow necessary to supply and return air within my home, the speed trigger was never set and in speaking with the manufacturer of the unit, Nordyne, stated that the unit in my home is not even the proper sizeI am by no means an expert in HVAC units but I would like to reply on expert technicians like those provided by Cowboys to provide honest and professional work and information especially at the amount of money I have spent with them Each time Cowboys sent a technician to service my unit they never corrected the issue at hand and each time would continue to attempt to up sale me on more products instead of addressing the main issue Since obtaining this new unit my electric bills have been outrageously high for a house of square feet while not providing accurate cooling and heatingIf Cowboys is willing to address and correct all of my issue and ensure my unit is functioning properly which would result in the proper cooling of my home while the unit functions efficiently at, no additional cost (as I have spent over $8,already with them) then I am more than willing to resolve this complaintThank you very much for your attention in this matterRegards, [redacted]

We will be more then happy to try to help Mrs [redacted] Since this is all based on the customers credit scores, we will need to get with her finance company first and follow up with the customer

Revdex.com and [redacted] s,On 9/16/ [redacted] called Cowboys AC & Heating because her unit was not coolingWe went out and found that the unit was frozen over and recommended replacing the unit with a ton seer complete system that would come with a year parts year labor and year service contractThe customer accepted the bid and Cowboys went out on 9/17/to install the unitWith the information provided to us along with the load calculations we installed a ton unit based on a square foot home Cowboys went out on 12/10/for her season maintenance and found everything working wellThe customer called in on 6/18/11, 8/24/and 9/23/saying the unit was not cooling properlyAfter adjusting the blower speed, re-sealing the plenum and checking the pressure, we did find the unit was low on freonWe added freon and provided the customer with an additional year of service to allow Cowboys an opportunity to keep an eye on the issue as well as a $refundWe went back out on 3/6/and followed up with the manufacture finding out that the coil was defectiveCowboys replaced the coil with an aluminum coil from the manufacture at no coast to the customer that same dayNo further issues have been reported since the warranty coil was replacedThe customer has not reported any problems nor has she called in to do any of her seasonal services that are required to maintain her warranty and the life of her unit.If there are any issues cowboys would like the opportunity to look into them and address them with the customer

Good morning Revdex.com and [redacted] ,I think we have some miscommunication.I will provide the final inspection from the city of San Antonio passing the projectThe warrantiesfor the coils or furnace [HAVE NOT BEEN TRANSFERED]I would also like tostate that using other people’s information is against the lawThe coil waswarranty out by another company but yet using the previous homeowner’s name [redacted] is NOT the original homeowner and purchaser of this equipmentPleaseread the document that I have providedI would also like to bring to everyone’sattention that when [redacted] was sent out to the home he did state that there wasa leak in the coil and that it should be replacedApparently he was CORRECTwhy else would this other company replace the coil under warranty

have absolutely nothing to say to this company but I do want my copies of service agreements and contracts that representative was suppose to bring me at day of service callsThey did not bring because I would have been able to see date of installation, which I know is 2012, and not They have my address

Dear *** I would like to acknowledge that you are correctLooking into your situation further, we have found that the manufacture does not recommend that you have an aluminum coil on a seer unitIt is not that the unit wont work properly with an aluminum coil, its just that there is no rating on that coil with that seer ratingAt that time we where experiencing problems with coils leakingThe manufacture provided this coil as a replacement to resolve the issueWe would like to replace that coil with the correct oneAlso we would like to send a third party person to do a heat load on the house so that way we can verify what size your unit needs to be

I do apologize Mr*** *** for the excessive callsI did confirm that you have been removed from the our records and will not continue to receive calls from our companyI also spoke to the call room to make sure that your phone number was removed from records that were printed last
monthIt will not happen again

Good moring I have read the complaint and would like to resolve the issue.I called the homeowner to try to get some information but there was no anwser
