I have taken my car into this shop times for the same repair I'm still having the same problems
My first service for my brake light switch was on 07/30/ My cruise control went out on my car and my check engine light came on The brake lights would stay on at all times, until I applied my brakes and they would go off at that time I paid for diagnostics and parts at that time They replaced the brake light switch
on 03/19/2016, my car started doing the same thing I had the brakes flushed They replaced the brake pedal position sensor and recalibrated it
On 05/05/2016, I returned to the shop again with the same problem I was pretty irritated at this time, because it was my 3rd visit*** was hateful and rude toward me and my husband It was as if he thought it was my own fault that I was having the problems He put me in a rental car and sent me home Almost 5:that day, he called and told me that they hadn't gotten to it yet and it would be

Dissatisfied with service received-Have called back to have it addressed but continue to get blown off
My car was serviced on March 14- I paid $and I would've expected it to be fixed when I got it back I've had issues with this dealership before which should've been my first clue not to go back I called the shop the day after I picked it up and *** answered He is the same greeter that mistreated my husband and me with the last issue Rather than waste my time with him, I asked if the service manager was in He said, "yes, let me get him Can I tell him who is calling?"
