If you're looking for quality customer service, I'd urge you to look elsewhereI had a tree fall down onto my house and car during a stormMy then homeowner's insurance company referred me to Jenkins Restoration for the home repairsWhat I learned after going back and forth over the weeks it took to get the job done is that they prefer to deal with claims that will be paid by the insurance companyMy claim was "small" and therefore I was to issue the payment to Jenkins rather than my insurance companyI'd guess that if you were dealing with a large, expensive claim to be paid by the insurance company, Jenkins would be happy to take care of you in a timely mannerThis, unfortunately, wasn't my realityI can deal with things taking longer or taking a backseat to the jobs that bring in the money but all I'd ask is to be told upfrontThat was the most upsetting part about dealing with this company, I had to call and get heated with someone for them to tell me any informationLike when someone would come to the house, for exampleThey'd tell me someone was coming, no one came, I call and get upset, and someone finally comesThat was the cycle, over and overThey never offered up any updates or informationWhen the worker finally did come, he left trash floating around my yard and dripped paint down the side of the houseHe didn't initially fix the paint, I had to call and tell them to come backI was even once told I was being disrespectful when issuing complaintsSaying something negative about your company and the way you've handled my case is not the same as being disrespectfulIf you don't have an interest in hearing my complaints and concerns, then you've just beautifully illustrated my point about the lack of effective customer serviceI just find it upsetting that Jenkins Restoration made me (and I'm sure other customers) feel as if they don't matter and their job isn't importantThat's not what I'm looking for in a service company
