THE WORST BUSINESS EVER!! The owner Butch is very rude and disrespectful, He cusses at the customers when they cal to find out where his workers are that were suppose to be back after no call no show for days, Then he threatens to sue you if you give him a bad reviewAll his workers are illegal from mexico and cant speak englishWorkers leave a huge mess, enter back yards without alerting the owner first and have tejano music excessively loudI would say worst experience ever
This company lead by a man named Butch supposedly repaired a leak in my roofHe had a good price and send two workers to do the jobHe provided me with a one year warranty on the area he worked onAs soon as the rains started this spring I started to get water again in the same area of the houseI called him and said he was so busy getting calls a day and he didn't know when he could get to me??? I guess to many big jobs with hail damage to worry about a smaller job from a past clientTwo weeks passed and we received another rain and more water in the same area of the houseSo, I text him again and no answerI texted him again later that afternoon asking "Did you get my text from earlier?" He said yes but busy he's again getting thirty calls a day and doesn't know when he ca come outNow I have water damage on the wall with the paint and a black spotSo, I actually called him today and he picked up not knowing who it wasOnce he knew it was me he said he'd try and come out next weekNo firm day was givenHe proceeded to say it wasn't his work its another leak?!?! His warranty only covered his repair workThis guy hasn't even seen the issue and is already telling me its not his issue and it'll cost meHe hasn't even seen the issue Ive been trying to fix for 2-weeks with him yet he knows its not his work thats the issue? Couldn't he have missed a secondary leak at the time and not caught itGeez He said hell do a water hose test on itWell didn't you do one when you repaired the leak? I didn't see it......SO, they guys to busy with major money jobs to worry or take the time out for me little leakBe careful if you don't have a big job for himHe even hung up on me at the end of our cal and I was being niceBe Careful SA
I called and the guy answered abruptly without announcing the business nameI asked if I could schedule for him to come out and quote me for a roof replacementHe said "You'll have to text me your address, and I will see if I can get to you." As a consumer, I can understand that he is busy, but he was rude and unprofessionalNo thanks

He is prompt, courteous, and always professional! I had issues with my gutters, installed by Beldon roofing, and Butch Boggess was there to offer a second opinion!
Anytime I had questions, I got an immediate response!
I have referred him many times since and will continue to do so!
I have had every single home owner call and thank me for referring Armour roofing!!!! His crew did an amazing job of clean up as well!
I now carry his business cards with me, as I am confident that others will be equally pleased!
I wasn't surprised at this Star Revdex.com rating....they've earned it!
