Review: I PAID IN FULL BEFORE THE FIRST SERVICE.
THEY SENT ME A BILL FOR THE FULL AMOUNT AS IF I HAD NOT PAID.
I CALLED AND THEY SAID IT WAS A MISTAKE.
TODAY I GOT ANOTHER BILL WITH A FINANCE CHARGE!
THEY ALSO ARE NOT PROVIDING THE SERVICE AS PROMISED.
THEY GHOST MY PROPERTYDesired Settlement: I WANT A REFUND THEY ARE TRYING TO SCAM ME

Before learning of this complaint being filed, we were in contact with [redacted] We apologize for the invoices crossing in the mail and corrected that on our end. We as a company utilize GPS units on every vehicle and after investigating further regarding the complaint that the property was "ghosted" the GPS showed our tech at the wrong address by mistake. Our Service Supervisor then spoke to [redacted] to apologize and sent a technician out again to make sure that the service was provided. I know [redacted] was upset and we apologized for any aggravations this may have caused.
I was not satisfied with their pest removal program because after 1 week and 10 ground hogs they said they were done. I told them we had more and they said they didn't know we were up against a tree line and that they don't spend more than a week trapping. I explained that no one asked us if we were near a tree line and the sales rep said they would keep trapping until they were all gone. They mentioned that on the contract we estimated that we had 5 groundhogs. I said they all look the same, how are we supposed to know how many there are? I made a good effort to resolve the issue and they said they would have to charge us another $500 to come out and set bait and traps for us. I said I wanted my money back and they said NO. Don't anyone believe their "guarantee" of complete satisfaction or it's free. Because it's not true! Also, save yourself a lot of money and go to a home repair store and buy a critter trap for $50.
