In our agreement we , meaning Cowtown delivered the trailer to the folks at No additional charge for the delivery and they inspected it and found only a discrepancy in MSO or paper work , which we took care ofIn the complaint it is mentioned that they thought they were buying a
model and it turned out to be a 2018, I don't see or recall the promise of it being a model which is probably a mute problem anyway but I never had anybody complain about that before, but they sure enough got a , there is no difference in the model and a model they are built identical it was just a year model changeThey did call us and complained about paint after they had it for a period of time which in turn , the manufacture went and picked up the trailer and did the repairs and returned the unit to the folks at NO Charge ...which is more than what warranty does ...The tires were also warrantied out at that time as well , from that tire manufacture , now when you go as far as the manufacturer ( *** ) went , even to the point of not just touching the trailer up where it was just starting to rust , the trailer was completely repainted now with new tires and new paint and then returned to them at NO charge I don't have another answer for them , we and the Manufacturer have went above and beyond on any warranty on this unit.there has been no complaint of the trailer failing to preform the job it was intended for only cosmeticsI have been selling trailers for over thirty years and *** has been building trailers for over years Steel trailers rust , that's the nature of steel trailers If you want a stock trailer that does not rust you have to step up to aluminum stock trailer , which is significally more money ....Now as far as us giving the money back and paying sales tax , I don't see how that is in any way fair to us nor is it reasonable ..I would be glad to talk to the folks to upgrade their current steel stock trailer to an aluminum stock trailer , that is the only way you are going to get around the rust problem .......Sorry you folks had to be drug into this , its not very often of thirty years of being in business that we see this and my apologies to the folks as well

This
consumer had seen a bike on Youtube , He called and talked with our
salesman who explained we did not have the bike he was inquiring about
but we did have some Red and White bikes. He can to our shop and claimed
the Paint colors were not in the position he preferred. I was working...


with him on options. When he seen the Blue and Silver bike in our
showroom he showed interest in that one. I personally explained that
bike was a 2017 and would not qualify for any  rebates. He then stated
he understood and wanted to go ahead and buy it. I am not aware of any
conversation with this customer about a 2017 Red over White bike. 2017
bikes do not come in a Red over white . I also never quoted this
customer a price of $22,000.00.
