Ac not functioning. We got our unit from them about a year ago and recently had it maintenanced in [redacted] . We were told if we ever had any issues to call them they have a 24/7 service but when we did [redacted] we were told only one technician was available and he had just got home around 9 p.m., that he was not coming back out.
