Was in to see *** at Cox Accounting to have a tax return and estate tax return filed in May, It is now almost September, and I have not received anything from the IRS since then regarding the refund or any paperwork regarding the estate returnI received a note from the secretary at Cox a couple days ago that I had some paperwork to pick upWent in days ago to find that they never sent in the estate tax return! *** finally returned my call and acted like it was my fault, not apologetic whatsoever, and acted very rudeNow I am having to send it in myself, after paying them $to file these months agoI will never go to Cox Accounting again, and I recommend you don't either
