Review: I brought a 2002 Volvo station(cross country) from cox auto group on October 8th 2012.I sign a limited warranty that states that the company will fix 100% of parts and labor needed.(180days)or 6400 milesBefore I can even leave the lot after signing the paper work they had to give me a jump!and they told me the battery was dead because the car was sitting there for so long.Then two weeks later I notice the oil was leaking "so I called them about this matter and they directed me to service when I talked to service they send me to cox service center on kirkway hwy wilmington de,They fixed it.After that happen I notice I didn't have no idea what" speed I was going nor how much gas I had in the car" the whole entire cluster went up.I called them again they gave me the run around,until my girlfriend called them to ask about the situation one man the manager told her he no someone who can might fix it but of course I had to pay for it.at this time my tags was due on the car and I couldn't pass inspection with out it so I paid 250.00 to get it fixed now the whole front end need to be replace, I need a fuel tank,balls joints,and two control arms,and two motor mounts which cost me another 2,100 so far I put out approx,2,500 dollars on this car and I still have 1500 months on this car to pay.These people haven't been supportive at all.they don't want to hear my problem with this car at all,I believe they knew this car had a problem from the begining,I need my car for work and I can't keep paying out more then i'm getting "THIS CAR IS A LEMON" it is very dangerous to drive,from the start.I think because my age they try to get over on me,I don't understand these people when they see your age, i'm current with my car payment why don't they help me.This car they charge me 9,332 for it and after finance charges it is 13,511 and it hasn't been right since I got it.I need my car fixed or another vechile.Can you help me?Desired Settlement: I want them to help me fix this car. Or offer me another car that is dependable or" MY MONEY BACK" Or sue them for my lost invloving this car and my money that I dont have i'm on a fix income I can't afford this car and its problems.all I wanted was a good vehicle.

Review: I recently purchased a 2003 Lincoln Town Car from Mr.[redacted], an employee at Cox Auto Sales, placing a down-payment of $350 and under the impression I was paying $9995. But after a couple payments, I asked [redacted] for a copy of my contract and my down payment had been entered as $1 and my total cost of vehicle was a little ovee $15000. Also, the finance company HCAC, which they are partnered with charged 24.9% interest, which Mr [redacted] did not discuss at the time of the deal. All in all, alot of important information was with held from me during this deal, like the car hadn't passed a DE inspection, whiched would have pulled me into another direction during purchase.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is to be refunded for my down payment and all payments made toward my account.

Review: I called Cox Auto Sales on 5/4/15 because on 5/3 my car completely shut off and after 2 minutes it came back on but nothing was working on the inside my turning signals nothing so I contacted Cox again on 5/5/15 and what bill told me was it's working now isn't. I said yeah but what if I get stranded somewhere I do work and have kids that go to school. So he said I could drop it off but don't know when he can get to it. And previously before 5/3 I spoke to Bill about this problem. And previously before the inside of my car shutting down my motor to my wipers malfunction and that took him 2 months two fix every time I would call he said the part was not in and in the early part of March he just gave me a temporary fix and that didn't last long because on 4/14 it was raining really bad and that stopped working and I almost hit a truck so I contacted Bill and told him what happened and he said to bring it in and my part still was not in after waiting for 2 months for it to come in so I had to sit there for 3 hours while someone went to go find my part at another auto place. And Bill finally pick up his phone he acts like he don't even care that the things that are going wrong with my car are very hazards.Desired Settlement: I would like my car fixed before the warranty expires so I don't have to come out of pocket for the repairs. Because I am reporting this ahead of time.

Review: I purchased a used 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this business in early January 2015. Since I've had the Jeep it has been to their repair shop numerous times within 30 days. The engine was vibrating very bad and the car would stall at lights. They told me to bring it to their shop which is Prices Corner Auto Service to fix the stalling. I did that, it didn't stop the stalling. The car radiator was leaking fluid, so they replaced the radiator and did a transmission flush to make sure it didn't damage the transmission. They said the transmission would be fine. It was, only problem with that is the radiator leaking coolant had damaged the engine. It mixed with the engine oil and basically killed the engine. I got the car towed on February 16th, the shop didn't look at it until the 18th. Got a call on the 18th to tell me the engine needed to be replaced. Here it is March 4th and they told me the replacement engine they got from the SALVAGE YARD was bad. I haven't had the car since the 16th of February. I've continually contacted the Warranty Manager [redacted],(don't know his last name)about putting me in another car if possible with no luck. The car has a six month warranty, but I'm worried now that they may be trying to defraud me with another bad engine. Anyone who can help please contact me through email.
