with no warrantyEach sale requires the customer to sign a paper stating that they understand thisThe customer signed the buyers guide, which states he was aware that he was purchasing the vehicle without a warranty. In regards with his complaint concerning the speakers, we make it clear that each of our vehicles have been inspected to the best of our abilityWe are a small dealership, and do not have major resources to dismantle each vehicle to check for such things as speaker wiring problems, or speaker replacementsThis is why we encourage customers to drive each vehicle, and take as much time needed to inspect the vehicle before purchasingWe are not "pushy" salesmen, and take pride in being open and honest with each customerAgain, this is why we encourage customers do thoroughly inspect each vehicle before purchasing. Once the customer contacted us with his speaker complaint, we apologized and reminded him that he purchased the vehicle as isWe also sold the vehicle to him for $below the list price of $4,700, and encouraged him to repair the speakers with the $that we took off of the sale priceT Thank you, Jerry
