AMKO AUTO, INC is a dealership that specializes in helping people with credit problems North State is one of the banks that helps us help customers [redacted] obviously came to AMKO AUTO for the same reason as others(to get a car when no one else has been able to get them into one!!) From 15+ banks and finance institutions that we do business with, North State was the only one willing to work with her credit worthiness She should be thankful and grateful that we helped her get into a car for her needs AMKO AUTO did nothing wrong, except help She returned to us less than a year after purchase and expects to be traded out It can be done but with X amount of down payment which obviously was not an option she had in mind Now, based on her credit, she has not paid much if any principle on her loan because of the high interest ratetherefore it is understandable for there to be some sort negative equity like in many many cases in the automotive worldAMKO AUTO is willing to trade her out at fair market value, but as far as down payment and paying uncle sam her taxes is something that she needs to bring to the table

He are at Auto, we try to help out all the the customers that come thru our door We can only help those who are willing to help themselves out [redacted] already picked up her vehicle, as we stated before, they were already looking to repossess the car And regardless of her repo, we will continue to offer her help with financing as long as they are under the right circumstances

To whom it may concern: [redacted] , provided Amko Auto with information in regards to his employment He provided Amko Auto with fraudulent paystubs, employment did not verify and he drove the vehicle more that 8K miles with in a month period in which he was unreachable Base on our Spot Delivery Agreement, he is being charged for the usage of the vehicle [redacted] should be thankful Amko Auto, did not pursue with legal actions against him

Unfortunately the lender ( [redacted] ***) was already looking for this vehicle when the customer tried to trade out of it She had not made several payments on it and was on repo status We tried to help her with the bill but the lender questioned why we would help her with the payments if she doesn't want to make payments Just like any other high interest loan, she would need money down to be able to get into another loan

I am rejecting this response because: The business is trying to focus more on the financials of the situation, which the statements they are making are not trueThe biggest issue with this situation is that Amko is selling vehicles to customers that should not be sold the vehicle had major damage done to the frame of the vehicle which explains a lot of the issues I was having with the vehicleI have put so much money into the vehicle just trying to keep it functioning then to find out it should not have been on the market in the first place is what is wrong hereI have the reports stating that this vehicle and the damage to the frame was reported at the Auction months before I purchased it but Amko purchased it anyway patched it up and put it out there to be sold againI have been taken advantage ofwhen I first went to Amko about what I found out they were willing to help me get out of this vehicle, they felt at fault, they strung me along for months, my finance company was aware of everything and knew about the investigation, was in direct contact with Amko as well got tired of waitingSo after waiting and waiting for resolution and after many calls, I called to find out a status and was told by Amko that they wont be releasing my vehicle to me because it was being picked up for repoAmko refused to release my vehicle to meAmko's defense to the whole situation is that the care was going to be picked up for repo, if this was the case the finance company could have picked it up from my home way before I dropped it off to them, or they knew where the vehicle sat for months as I was getting the run around they could have picked it up from them long before they didAmko is not addressing the initial complaint, and that is that they sold me a vehicle that should not have been sold or financed to anyone, and as I investigate I am not the only victim this is apart of their practice

Amko Auto apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the delay in the repairing of this vehicle.  As you can see the attachment, the vehicle was sent to [redacted] for full diagnostic.  After receiving the diagnostic, we have decided to repair the vehicle at one of our main shops that...

we use on a daily basis as we all know, Franchise dealers can charge a little more for the same repairs. Mrs. Lindsey-Jackson, has been giving a loaner, and was properly accommodated on a different loaner because she felt uncomfortable on the first vehicle.  Amko Auto is trying its best to resolve this matter for Mrs. Lindsey-Jackson and promptly as possible.
