crews that [redacted] identified.PWH removed the entire structure of the original project that was completed and rebuilt an entirely new deck for the customer. RE: Complaint ID # [redacted]To whom it may concern,I am writing on behalf of Prince William Home improvement (PWHI) regarding the complaint number referenced above.On 1/6/17, PWH send a representative to meet with both homeowners and delivered our products as well as an investment amount. On 1/12/17...

PWH made another visit with a different representative who made some changes to the proposal and left a lower price due to these changes. We did meet with just one homeowner at that time and my results show that the Mr. needed to speak with his wife and would let us know what they wanted to do.When we called to follow up starting in April, we set another appointment for 4/26 which the customer moved to 4/28. It is our policy, as we inform the customer when we set the appointment, to confirm the appointment before we send a representative to their home. The customer did not confirm the appointment with us before we sent our representative to their home after several attempts to contact them to verify the date and time. We did not send a representative after not reaching the customer and they called in after the appointment time and cancelled stating they were not interested because we did not show for the appointment.At no point did PWH refuse to send a representative to their home because only one of them would be available. We, in fact, did send someone out when just one homeowner was there. It is not our policy to do this, but if the customer feels we have denied them service, we will contact them and attempt to remedy the situation with them if they will allow us to do so.Thank you and kind regards,Samuel M[redacted] General Manager, PWH
