Movers were fantastic In-house staff is awful Numerous calls with no response, We were told minor repair would be completed in a week or two Took over months with no responses from Sandy, Director of Customer Service (her voicemail says responses to your call in hours) and the person who is even worse is the owner's daughter who does not care at all about customer service She never returns a call and does not respond to emails Terrible customer service If they do not damage your furniture, you are fine but if they happen to damage something, be prepared to spend a lot of time following up with them We were even home numerous times when told someone would be out and no one showed up
I had a *** 6-STAR *** experience with the team lead by Jason, Ivan, Antonio and Jesse on Wednesday, January --- In the rain! These gentlemen were totally professional, thorough and fast Kind and courteous to my kids Nothing was damaged, they disassembled/reassembled a refrigerator, shared some moving tricks and REALLY made what could have been a dreadful experience FUN I'd seek them out if we ever have to do this again EXCELLENT Experience!
I wish to give Bulldog Movers the highest review possible They completed a difficult move from Big Canoe, GA to Tucson, AZ in a very short time and did everything as agreed toWe brought them in at the last minute after firing another moving company and they did a superb job! They did not break a single item, did no damage to either home and arrived at both ends of the job when promisedTo preform on such a short time frame, they arrived with a crew of six all of whom were extremely polite and efficientKris and Cameron did a superb job and did so with a cheerfulness not expected in the moving businessDonna arranged the terms of the move and executed with upmost efficiencyI would highly recommend Bulldog to anyone

They charge a premium, ask you to buy insurance. The crew gets tired, starts being rough with all furniture and floors. They caused damages and when I asked for claims because I purchased insurance from them, they do not respond for days (I guess they are overloaded with customer claims like me).
When you finally hear from them, they throw some signed documents on your face to show that nothing is covered. I was so shocked.
The crew and its leader will be pushy and not agree to list any damage you bring up after the move. Almost force you to agree to sign.
When you bring up damages, they will plead with sad faces that company takes it out of their wages, so do not report it.
