The applicant initially applied for a Business Visa on 26th Aug'However the application was withdrawn by the applicant as Consulate requested additional documentsApplicant re-applied again for the Visa on 6th Sept'and the same was processed on 8th Sept'
The applicant is
requesting a refund for the first application which was withdrawn after it was reviewed by the consulate
It may be noted that:
1. Decision of Granting / Rejecting a Visa is sovereign right of Indian ConsulateCKGS has no role in decision making process and is a mere facilitator in the process
Consular, ICWF, CKGS Service fee are all non-refundable
Due process was followed by CKGS and hence the case stands resolved from CKGS side

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
People who pay in cash would get their application checked for errors before paying for the service. I paid in advance to avoid any troubles when I go to your location. So you're saying it's my fault for paying in advance to make the process easier? If so, you should state this on your website and at your business location. Instead of letting the customers find out after the fact. Please state that if you pay in advance and there's an error on the application, you(the customer) will be screwed over with the service fees. Don't pay in advance if you don't want to deal with this!
