The product sold is a [redacted] TWIN size mattress with an adjustable base., Purchased on Jan6th and delivered to the customer on Jan11th.,which is what was requested by the consumerwe recieved a phone call from Mr [redacted] on March 30th and explained the following [redacted] is a major brand company and all sizes are standard through out the industryWe offer our customers the ability to return any product for any reason within days of delivery at no chargewe have had customers in the past use products such as this due to illness or family needs and then try and return it after the situation is over, we are not saying that this is what Mr [redacted] is attempting, but this is why we only offer the 7daysI think you will find that most furniture retailers do not offer even daysWe do have a call in with the factory rep about this issue, but they do not normally take back mattresses unless they have a defect and we do not sell used mattresses, so this would have to go into the dumpsterif there is any change on this we will contact Mr [redacted] .***

To whom it may concern, We only sell factory sealed mattress and box springs (brand new).This delivery was deliversed to the customer who is residing in a high rise apartment building.The delivery was on November 14, 2015 and I did recieve a complaint (from Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] daughter) on the...

16th of May that the building had just been treated.I explained to her that: #1-Bed bugs once they are present show up usually with in 2 weeks or so (www.extension.umn.edu say that they hatch and are active within 6-10 days).#2 this mattress and box spring was delivered OVER 6 months ago.#3- in apartment buildings and high rises the actual starting point is impossible to diagnose due to the fact that they can spread from unit to unit.#4- Most importantly I will repeat We only sell NEW mattresses and box springs in factory sealed bags., bed bugs are blood suckers and feed off of blood.The above information I tried to relay to Mr. and Mrs [redacted] daughter, her only response was "You will be hearing from our lawyer", in which I responded My name is [redacted], I am the General Manager and I will gladly speak to your lawyer if they have any questions.Please let me know if there is any other information you need.Thank- You,[redacted]Tell us why here...

I will not accept your response, my parents have bought furniture from Warmington Furniture ever since I found you in the [redacted] Client Phone Book.  If you are good [redacted]s likeyou say you are in your ad you would have already refunded the money for the mattruss and box spring .  These are an elderly couple who now have to sleep in chairs.  This is our last attempt to makegood then we will have to have Attny: [redacted] file in small claims court.
