To Whom It May Concern,We towed and done diagnostics on a *** ***'s *** Honda we found that it needed an automatic transmission, So we replaced the transmissionWhen replacing the transmission we had to get a new transmission filter kit to keep the warranty on the transmission, there is always
fluid and shop supplies on every job done in the garage that is the cause for money owed that he says was not notified chargesWhen he contacted us about the transmission not shifting properly we offered to come and tow it to our shop so that we could send the transmission back because it has a warranty, even after the warranty was up we offered to fix it with no extra charge he did not want us to because he then said it was not the transmission it was sensors and a bad motor mount, and a sway bar linkThese parts will go bad because the vehicle is a ***Since we did not replace these items we don't feel like we are responsible for them

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]IT HAS BEEN MONTHS ----- OFFER WITHOUT ACTION IS STILL NO ACTION !!!First, we had an oral agreement with TymrkI did not had to let you pull the girl's car out of the creek threw our yardYou could have pulled her out using the main roadI made it easy for you and in return you did not hold up your end of the bargain and left us with huge ruts in our yard Not only you left the ruts, you left your boards and rocks when they tried to get you unstuck.Second, the girl wreck into the creek and not in our yardSo the insurance will not pay for damages that Tymrk caused.Third, How can you say that you have offered but you have never returned not one of my many phone calls? I have made plenty of calls to you and your staff just lies for you You have never reach out to us and offer to fix the ruts I am the one that reaches out to you and you just ignore my calls.Everybody please be aware when dealing with Tymrk !!!

Please accept my answer to ID *** The peoples insurance that wrecked are responsible for the damages that occurred from removal of the vehicle We had offered to fix the yard but every time we had plans to do so something came up and we couldn't go there I apologize for all
this trouble but because of unforeseen circumstances we were just not able to help her

[TYMRK did not address that my vehicle had the transmission incorrectly installed by them and that I refused to take it back to them due to how long it takes them to do their work (two months) last time, and that several parts on the vehicle were broken after I left it with them The car is an older vehicle so I do not wish for them to cover the damaged parts, I just wish for them to cover the cost of the transmission being put back in correctly.]
