Following is my response to the Complaint ID [redacted] : I have reviewed the file concerning the above complaint My finds are as follows: A buyer and sellers signed a Contract of Purchase on or about August 10, The Contract contained the following: Sellers were to pay $2,toward closing costs on behalf of the Buyer (They did) Sellers were to pay up to $1,toward repairs to bathroom floor(They did)Total costs were $1, Sellers paid $1,directly to Company who did repairs, Buyer was to pay $per contract (They did not, according to the company who did the repairs.) A buyer and sellers signed that the buyer desired to have a home inspection If that was completed, I did not receive a copy of report or any concerns A buyer and sellers signed that Real Estate Firm and Agent represented the Sellers A buyer and sellers signed a "Residential Property Disclosure Statement" that the property was being sold "As Is" A buyer and sellers signed at closing a "Wood Destroying Insect Inspection Report" stating that the property was treated for termites on or about September 11, The sellers paid $directly to the exterminator Concerning the bulldozer: At closing and standing outside the closing attorney's office, the sellers told the buyer that he could have the bulldozer if he wanted it Or the Sellers would remove it The buyer stated he would take it There are copies available for all the above signed documents if needed I have been a licensed real estate agent since 1985, and a Broker since I take my reputation seriously and feel like this should settle this matter I remain, [redacted] * [redacted] , Agent

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The termite inspection was not disclose until closing, he lied and told us the damage to the floor was from water I did paid the company the additional amount due even before a receipt was sent, I called directly and paid it to them That is another lie from this company If there is an additional amount that needed to be paid, we were never told09/10/2015Debit Card W/D [redacted] * GALAX VA Date 09/08/ [redacted] *** (250.00)That is from my bank showing the payment was made However the seller did not pay the $closing cost we did, [redacted] up the asking price by $and we ended paying more to cover that closing costs Termite inspection should have been given before hand, it is common practice the seller pays for all damages due to termites We were totally mislead on the damage and that we had termites I will only ask that the company covers our costs to have the termites removed, which is $ Regards, [redacted]

pay $2,500.00 toward closing costs on behalf of the Buyer (They did).2.  Sellers were to pay up to $1,500.00 toward repairs to bathroom floor. (They did). Total costs were $1,734.30.  Sellers paid $1,500.00 directly to Company who did repairs, Buyer was to pay $234.30 per contract (They did not, according to the company who did the repairs.)3.  A buyer and 2 sellers signed that the buyer desired to have a home inspection.  If that was completed, I did not receive a copy of report or any concerns.4.  A buyer and 2 sellers signed that Real Estate Firm and Agent represented the Sellers.5.  A buyer and 2 sellers signed a "Residential Property Disclosure Statement" that the property was being sold "As Is".6.  A buyer and 2 sellers signed at closing a "Wood Destroying Insect Inspection Report" stating that the property was treated for termites on or about September 11, 2015.  The sellers paid $575.00 directly to the exterminator.  7.  Concerning the bulldozer:  At closing and standing outside the closing attorney's office, the sellers told the buyer that he could have the bulldozer if he wanted it.  Or the Sellers would remove it.  The buyer stated he would take it.      There are copies available for all the above signed documents if needed.  I have been a licensed real estate agent since 1985, and a Broker since 1994.    I take my reputation seriously and feel like this should settle this matter.    I remain,  [redacted], Agent.
